Building a custom Raptor for my son has been a rewarding project, but sourcing the right parts was tricky until I found Mammoth Racing with lower priced parts. Their high quality products and exceptional customer service have made the process smooth.
Placed an order for a $1700 exhaust in late July. A few weeks went by with no shipping notification. Thought this was odd because the product was in stock when I ordered, and according to their own FAQ the order should have shipped within 1-2 business days. So in mid August I reached out to ask for a status. I was told they would get a tracking number for me. A few days go by and nothing. I reach out again and I'm told it's set to ship out the following week. That week comes and goes, no shipping notification. I reach out the next week and I'm told it's set to arrive that following week by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes, no shipping notification, no exhaust. I reach out yet again and this time I ask for a tracking number. I'm told they'll get one over to me. Never comes. I reach out a couple days later (this is day 28 at this point) and I'm told it's set to arrive the following Wednesday. I'm still am not given any tracking number despite repeated requests.
Finally I filed a dispute with my payment processor and they refunded me for the purchase. I bought the same exhaust elsewhere that day. Seeing the reviews I had no reason to be concerned about the delays. But their complete lack of concern and inability to give any direct answers about why the hell an in-stock exhaust was taking a month to ship told me all I needed to know about this operation. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive parts. This clown show does not care about you. Only your money.

Ordered parts back in July 7th, 3 month and no parts or refund. Every week they claim is the week that it will ship. Had to order the same part from a different supplier and received it in one week. So...what is their excuse?
As others have stated, waited several weeks for an email that my lift had shipped. After about 2 months I inquired and got "I'll check with shipping". Got that excuse 3-4 times. Then I got an email saying it shipped. When the arrival date came and went I decided to cancel the order. The response "Ok, I understand"; nothing about a product that supposedly shipped and wanting it back. Things got real weird when I said I was lodging a complaint with my CC company, the response was "So you have a new CC?" Hard pass, never contacted them again. CC company came through and paid me, I'm pretty sure Mammoth never credited my purchase back but I'll never know. Buyer beware!
On a friend's recommendation, I decided to buy an AMS intake manifold for my Subaru WRX STI S209, and it exceeded my expectations. Ordered lowering springs for my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV. Said they would be delivered in a week. After a week had passed and still weren't shipped, I contacted them. They said they would ship out that week. After another week of not being shipped, I cancelled the order. A few days later I contacted them again because my money had not been refunded. All the info I got from Josh was "shows done on our end". I asked for a cancellation confirmation number or any proof and he said he would ask accounting and should have it next day. Josh never followed up and I'm now being ignored when I ask for an update on the situation. It's been over a month now and I still have not been refunded the $319 that is owed to me. Horrible customer service.
I paid for mishimoto intercooler on Oct 25. Today is Nov 11 and they haven't sent it... they don't give a tracking number and they only answer that it will arrive this week... it's scam.
