I bought a new a new Progress Tech coil-over kit for my 2006 Acura RSX from Mammoth Racing. It was delivered on time, priced lower than anywhere else I checked, and came with free shipping. I couldn't ask for a better deal.
I ordered an HP Tuners MPVI3 from Mammoth Racing, and expected it to ship within 1-2 days like stated on their site. After a week I asked when it would ship and received a generic, poor English email saying "order is pulled set to ship by end of week". This would not come in time for when I needed it so I cancelled my order. It has now been a month and I have not received any refund. When I ask about the refund status I keep getting the same email saying "we will ask accounting to trace asap update us by end of the week was the card replaced?". One of their responses to me asking about my refund was "Shows due to arrive Monday to you I'll check on tracking again from Florida warehouse", and this was AFTER I cancelled my order. This company is not professional. I feel they had no intention to ever ship me my order, and will have to contact my bank's fraud department to get my money back. At best, they are a foreign drop shipper, but at face value they are nothing more than a scam.

They will not take my calls, only text BS, no personal contact where they might be put in the spot, this my friends is just a straight up COWARD move,

I bought an Injen intake system for my Camaro and couldn't be happier. The build quality is excellent, and it gives the engine a nice, enhanced sound without being too loud. After this great experience, I'll definitely be getting more performance parts from them down the line.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company, which I now believe to be a scam. I placed an order on July 26,2024, and to this day, I have not received the item nor have I been refunded the $486.95 I paid. Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, they have made no effort to resolve the issue.
I have repeatedly requested tracking information and updates, but all of my messages have been completely ignored. This lack of response, combined with their failure to deliver the product or refund my money, is nothing short of fraudulent behavior.
This experience has been infuriating and feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. A legitimate company would provide updates, a refund, or at least an apology, but this company has done none of the above.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid this scam at all costs. They will take your money, provide no product or service, and leave you without any recourse. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money.
