I have ordered multiple times and some have resulted in great results and others have not. The problem seems to be lack of attention to instructions or quality control.
The first pair of pants ordered did not fit properly. I ordered a second pair and adjusted the measurements. I have not received information on the progress and was charged full price for the second pair.
I understood that if I ordered "fit" style that if the first order need adjusting you would allow me to adjust and get another pair of jeans without charging me. I guess I was wrong.
I have had many pairs of jeans and trousers from MYOJ over the years, usually with quite extreme measurements. The results have always been perfect.

The fit was perfect, the quality of the material was great. Ordering was easy. Great selection of colors. I would like more selvage choices at a heavier Jean material.
When I put on my jeans a button came off on the first try. I contacted customer service and they kept saying I might need to adjust my sizing. The jeans were not too small or tight,the button was not put on securely.
My previous orders fit perfect however the black dye bleeds out when the jeans get wet and after a few washings they turn blue.
Nice material and well made but measurements were out. The length was longer by 1.5 & 2 inches on 2 pairs of jeans (cord & denim) & MYOJ answer was 'we make them longer as they may shrink & you can always get them taken up'. They are supposed to be 'fully shrunk' and if made to measure I shouldn't have to get them taken up at my expense & anyway changes the hem on denim. The denim jeans were too small in the waist by 1" & even though I provided photos and a video they wouldn't accept it and said I measured them wrongly. They do not manage to stick to the measurements provided!
Nice material and well made but on first order some measurements were out.
I have bought 2 pair made of Gray Chino. Both pair had holes develop way earlier than expected. I loved the pants, however I will not order that fabric again.
Very please with fit, comfort and value. Repeat customer. Give it try, you likely will not be disappointed.
4 orders, separate, all this year: 1st didn't fit--WARNING: too short/tight vs US sizes. Last 3 all same increased measurements provided, but no consistent results, one fit (which was true to standard US measurements), other 2 either too tight in waist or short in length. Should be easy for company to discern a standard US waist size. Will try final 5th time and go from there, depending.
It would be good to have some commentary on the rise measurements...My frist orders were a bit short...something discussing high, medium and low rise...relative height to bellwo button?
A real treat to be able to order jeans & trousers that fit, easy ordering process and pretty quick delivery. Quality of garments very good.

I am not a new custome. It was very difficult to get past tge Paypal option to pay with my preferred credit card.
You can't go wrong with custom made clothing. You have to make sure to measure correctly, though. The jeans are simple, sturdy, and well made. An all around fine product.
If you have a unique body type, or are just very discriminate about how your clothes fit, this is the place to buy your pants.
Ordered 5 time, one issue that took months to fix. The color you get may not be what you ordered.
