They are time saver. Mobile App is down sometimes but still good to go with. Sometimes the Mobile app didnt refresh so quickly. I am sure they might be working on that. Experience on PC is good. :)
We booked a tour to Manali for 2 adults n one child from 17 June to 21st June' 15, we were told that all 4 star facilities are booked so if we are ok they can provide. US 3 star accommodation and booked our Family suit in one of the said Hotel Valley of God's, on reaching there we found it to be a guesthouse with no amenities and ambience even a 3 star hotels have. Rooms which we were given have the door facing road with almost no privacy, there were no curtains also and once requested hotel staff managed to hang one bed sheet. Room was full of flies and other insects, we called the representative of MMT and lodged our complaint that we have never want this kind of accommodation n requested them to arrange other accommodation but they did not help.
Secondly we have booked Cab through them from Delhi to Manali n back to delhi with 2 days of local sightseeing. And one day to Rohtang but driver did not take us to any local sightseeing citing one excuse or another and we despite having paid so hefty ended up roaming around autos and our misery does not end here, driver charged us Rs 2000 on the excuse of arranging the permit to rohtang.we even bring this too into MMT rep but no help.

ALL INCLUSION MENTIONED IN VOUCHER WERE NOT THERE, EVEN WELCOME DRINK WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
& WHEN I CALLED MAKEMY TRIP CUSTMERCARE SHE TOLD THAT
IT NOT HER MISTAKE & START ARGUING & CUT THE PHONE CALL.
DONT KNOW WHY THOSE PEOPLE WERE DOING LIKE THIS.
IT SEEMS TAKE AFTER PAYING THE MONEY YOUR VALUE WILL BE
ZERO.
PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS ANYTIME.

I booked a hotel by MMT for Goa with above mentioned booking ID for 14th Dec, 2022. One day before the check-in, I got a call from MMT that your hotel booking has been cancelled as the hotel has denied the booking and we had already left for the journey to Goa with a group of senior citizens. The whole night on 13th dec,2022 we were on call with the MMT customer support team but we didn't get any resolution as they kept us on HOLD for a long long time and assured us that we get a call back from them but till 10'0 clock in the next morning i.e, 14th dec 2022 the day of our check-in in the hotel we didn't get any call. When we tried calling them they again kept us waiting in long queue. After that they gave us a alternate hotel which is below the standard of our previous booked hotel for our stay. As we booked the hotel 2 months prior to our journey we got it in very reasonable price. But what they have provided was not good and they said that alternate hotel price is more than what you have booked earlier. But they were not looking at the fact of time that if we booked a hotel 2-3 months prior to the journey we got in a reasonable price and they are booking the alternative hotel on the same day of check-in and in the peak season of Goa, so we got a pathetic hotel at higher price.
So, I want a complete compensation for the problem faced by my father and his friends who are above 60 years of age.
This company is a complete fraud and the customer support team is of no use, they kept us waiting in a long hold and don't provide us with any solution..

I made a reservation using Make My Trip from USA on a Delhi/ Kolkata Indigo Flight. When I showed up at Palam, Indigo told me that Make My Trip actually booked me on a Delhi/Raipur flight. There was a flight to Kolkata leaving within 20 minutes. We had to scramble to make that flight. I will be not use Make My Trip again.

2 tickets for Bangalore to Chandigarh was not processed by MakeMyTrip, however a PNR number was generated causing me to believe that the tickets were confirmed. However, on the day of the trip, IndiGo declined our check in with a simple statement that the “payment was not processed” by Makemytrip. When I connected with customer care 10 mins before the boarding gate closes, I was told that I had to pay for my tickets again and that MakeMyTrip will refund the same within 7 working days. When asked to send a mail accepting the mistake Makemytrip has done, I was sent an instructional mail for my claim, In spite of asking twice in my telephonic conversation with customer care. We were 2 travelling women with limited funds and we were forced to compromise on our safety and comfort during our travel thanks to the last minute tickets we had to buy. Makemytrip had 22 days to process my payment, which they did not. Note that I am not the only one who has faced such an experience from MakeMyTrip. I did make it a point to inform one and all about my misfortune with MakeMyTrip and realised that there were few within my own circles who faced similar problems.
Very bad customer service team...she was a total $#*! name Rekha she did not help at all...was cold and no solution to the issue said we can't deal with it.
We celebrated 50th wedding anniversary of our parents in Saffron Leaf hotel, GMS Road on 12th June, 2016. It offered a complete package of an expansive banquet, delicious food and exotic ambience.
All arrangement by the Banquet Manager, Mr. Uttam Rawat were at par with the reputation that precedes it. Apart from managing the arrangements, he took personal care of our guest as well. The food arrangement was well taken care of by Chef Kulbeer Rana under the supervision of Mr. Qureshi. The food and services provided were value for money and were simply great.
All in all an amazing price performance point.

How do I get a refund from MakeMyTrip for a cancelled flight? 085 9707 7944=I tried emailing but didn't receive any response.
One can not believe on Make my trip as I booked hotel and cab but in both case I was disappointed and have book hotel and cab by other way on extra cost
I wanted to reschedule a booking from MakeMyTrip from Delhi to Helsinki. While discussing the issue, I asked the representative to book a flight on Qatar airways that was charging *******Rs. He showed some vague reasons not to book that flight. I gave every details of that flight. He was telling me that he could not find that flight description in his computer. I could not explain how that kind of misunderstanding could have happened. I was very desperate to purchase the ticket. I asked him please tell me what is the best option you can offer. Then he offered me to purchase a ticket in Aeroflot airways that was charging ******* rs (Booking ID: IN1508B4S*******). There are other Aeroflot tickets available which even cost lower than what he offered. He anyway was not listening to me and offering me to purchase the tickets which he thinks best for me. He also said only few tickets left. So I have to make a quick decision. I was completely freaked out and then agreed to purchase the tickets. I did not understand why he tricked me to buy the expensive tickets while I have all the other low cost flight was available. I want the agency to look into the matter and resolve the issue.

I want make you all aware to be careful while booking through Makemytrip.com.
I booked continental airlines tickets for four at makemytrip.com from Newark
To Mumbai. They also assigned me the seats are requested by me.
Until four days I was not issued the ticket. I kepf following up with them for the tickets and everytime I got the reply that there was some issue in the system at makemytrip.com and that the etickets will be issued shortly.
Finally, on the fifth day, the booking was eticketed but i was surprised when I saw that the seat assignments were not longer there. Just out of curiosity, I checked my reservation and seat availability on continental.com where I was shocked to see that the requested seats were no more available.
When I called makemytrip.com, the customer care guys didn't care about the issue and shamelessly kept on telling me to take whichever seats were available.
I was travelling with two small children and these people wanted us to sit at different places. Highly unprofessional!
One can understand even after booking it sufficiently before and after been assigned the seats, all fo a sudden you get this type of reply and you are left with no choice.
Moreover, makemytrip.com is not ready to accept their mistake and refusing to take the responsibility.
Simply screw'd up service with no accountability, whatsoever.

I would like to inform you that I was booked Hotel Grey castle on 4 th August in Haridwar but I did not stay in the Hotel due to condition of the hotel is suitable for family.
I Informed to hotel receptionist and Make my trip agent to cancelled my booking hotel due to conditions of hotel is not good.
Actually I reached in Haridwar@ 22:45 hr by own Car but there is no proper way to reach Grey Castle hotel,
No lighting in the route of hotel.
Very narrow space, gali type way to hotel.
Lot of garabage and bad smells seems, muds and water logging in gali.
I was with family members.
No lightning there hence photo not pic.
Very bad experience of life.
I asked to Hotel receptionist to canceled my booking but he denyed,he said that;Cancell will be done by MakeMytrip only.
I stayed in other hotel.
Hence pl revert my booking ammount.

He demand Payment 1664/-

Answer: I had a tough time getting back my refund as flight was cancelled. Flight cancellation hassle was due to airline which was a different story, but they surely did not help in refund. Finally got refund after 4 months. Cant comment on other aspects but getting Refund from them was painful and difficult, to say the least.
