I booked delux room from Makemytrip in Peace residency, pondicherry for my family, they charged ******* for four members but they gave us single bed room budget room, even it is not cost of 2000 INR
They did not provide beds for 4 members.

We recently booked our south India trip through MMT. I will brief our experience below:
- They dont have any service assurance for the end to end service they are selling like air line, road transport etc. Airline I can understand its not in their hand, but in case of airline cancellation they dont provide any service to customer in the form of alternatives. They always give excuses that they system does not support :(
- Once booked, the terms and conditions are only supporting MMT and not in favour of customer. Which is completely one sided
- To my surprise they done even pay the amount to the vendor who was accompanying us by road. One day he said that he will not come to pick us as he did not get paid yet in the middle of journey. This is completely insane. Secondly they dont have any track of who was the driver assigned to us and he is from which sub sub vendor.
- By grace of god (Ram Vorose) we returned back home with lots of difficulties faced during the travel
- They dont provide the itemized invoice which we generally need to claim the LTA, this cannot be acceptable
- I will never do any business with MMT in future and will not suggest to anyone. Please be careful.

I emphasize with people who have suffered at the hands of MMT and i am too a Victim. After booking return train tickets and paying extra for "Zero Cancellation" MMT Still charged additional 150/- as Cancellation charges (paid Rs. 572 just for cancellation wherein IRCTC charges Rs. 65 for the same). Both refunds have still not been received and MMT Junior Executive keep asking for your bank statement and pretend that our 20–25 mail sent has not being received by them. DO NOT EVER USE MMT AT ALL AND ESPECIALLY FOR TRAIN TICKET BOOKINGS. YOU WILL AND UP LOSING ALL YOUR MONEY.

I purchased 1 Emirates Airline tickets from MakeMyTrip and 2 from Directly Emirates website. Due to a reason my flight got missed and I asked for refund from Emirates as well as from MakeMyTrip a fraudster company and Its been more than 2 months they didn't issue the refund neither they contacted airline for refund and whenever I called them they create new ticket and say our experts are working on your refund. When I contact Emirates they said sorry we didn't receive any request regarding this ticket and nobody contacted us for refund but these idiotz are fraudsters giving my excuses that the delay is from airline end. I am attaching the evidence where timeline is clearly mentioned and till now I didn't received from refund yet. Avoid from MakeMyTrip Fraud Company and never use these fraudsters if you dont want to be scammed.

After make Payment to Makemytrip, and booked a flight ticket, some issues happened to change flight dates, and I kept whatsApp them but they ignored to respond, I call there toll Number, and its out of service, and I emailed them multi times but they never respond. I felt like I am dealing with scammers because no respond at all, and I paid money to Airlines themselves to change flight date.
I REGRET THAT I DEALT WITH THEM.

Little problem of to take permit to go to enter the states of Tamil Nadu, the driver has made our time waste of 3 hour, he misbehaving and answer in a very bad tone. After all we call our tour manager Mr Kuldeep and Mrs dipti but they didn't response and no any reply and solutions.

Pls don't book tickets from mmt as taking lots of convenience charges around 100 dhs means 2300 Rupees and when you cancel then you will not get full refund.So you can book directly by airlines so you will get full refund.and mmt is giving your refund around 1 month and above

Make my trip one of the worst app to choose for booking a flight. I would never recommend this to anyone. Staff is very unprofessional have no sense of what they're doing. Have told me my experience to customer service and other team members but haven't taken any action to satisfy this matter. Very frustrating that I had to tell them same store 10-15 times still no solution in the end. I would rather prefer different app for next time. ***not worth your time and money****

I have booked 1 cab from kannur to cochin airport. I have done partial payment and received message cab driver details and number provided by 30 minutes prior of dep.bedore 30 minutes received otp. We went with family and awaiting the cab... After departure time received message cab cancelled... No further info... I have mised my flight and ashamed Infront of all... So never book through make my trip. Please stay away

UPDATE: You might see that they have responded to my review here, I emailed and they never responded! So it's a false message, they're just trying to look like they care and are working on it.
Do not use MakeMyTrip! I've had just the absolute worst experience with them. I booked some flights through them over the summer, one of which was made in-operational causing me to miss an entire international trip. At the time and for months after they reassured and guaranteed me that I would receive a full refund for the flights that were cancelled and that I then missed as a result--after which I was also forced to purchase brand new tickets. For three months they kept reassuring me of the refund and saying they needed more time to hear back from the airlines. I just started applying more pressure and have just found out that I won't actually receive the promised refund, but that I will receive the same trip's tickets with now less than a year to use them as MakeMyTrip took so long to make anything happen. This is a trip I won't be able to make, so it's all wasted. DO NOT USE THEM.

We had booked with them for vietnam,we had a horrible experience,they put source and when in trouble no one from mmt is responsible.
They had not paid my cruise tickets which I ended spending another $100
They just take the money first nd even the hotels they booked was very average for what they charged me for the trip.

One of the agents of makemytrip.com, Mr. Sajin, cancelled my family ticket on my request (worth AED 4901) offering me the refundable amount of AED1920,
Trusting him I agreed and he.sent me confirmation email as we.
After 20days they did refund me just AED253/.
Remaining AED 1967/ do not pay me back.
When I approach them over the email or phone same old replay we need 48to 72 hours to sort it out ticket asked cancel on 26 July 2023.( more than 3 months)
No action has been taken place just message me same stating 47to 72 cut copy message.
This is really cheating nothing else.

They are theives i booked a hotel through their application and and the amount was deducted ans i didnt got my booking confirmation, they told me to wait for 72 hours to get the refund and till this day i didnt get a single penny back! The customer service is not helpful at all and they dont care about the customer! Please guys be aware of them dont use their service they will take your moneyy!

Answer: I had a tough time getting back my refund as flight was cancelled. Flight cancellation hassle was due to airline which was a different story, but they surely did not help in refund. Finally got refund after 4 months. Cant comment on other aspects but getting Refund from them was painful and difficult, to say the least.
