Apprehension that such an online company might be 'dodgy' proved totally unfounded as iPad 8th gen 2020 arrived within three days, and was attractively priced. There were hardly any other UK sites with the 32GB version in stock. The iPad originates from the USA but a plug adaptor for UK was included, so there are no issues regarding its use. The power lead is a 'Lightning to USB-C' type, which is now widely favoured, but, at about 1m long, may require a longer replacement for my needs. If I had to find fault with the whole process it would be the lack of an email telling me the iPad was on its way, otherwise I was very pleased with the service.

Purchased an iPad 8th Generation only to be sent a US model not a UK one no paperwork no warranty and has due to legislation below been reported to trading standards and pay Pal.

Under the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994, it is a criminal offence to place on the market or supply in the UK an appliance which is not fitted with either (i) a UK 3-pin plug, or (ii) a non-UK plug permanently fitted with a UK safety-approved conversion plug. It is not enough, for example, to provide a 3-pin plug adapter or to make the origin of the appliance clear on the product detail page. A loose adapter in the box in which the product is supplied is not sufficient. Possible sanctions for breach are fines and/or imprisonment.

I'm all for buying phones outright and using sim only packs from UK network providers. Having said that I'm also big fan of Snapdragon android phones to which I was surprised to know that the note 9 512GB in blue that i ordered from these guys came with Snapdragon processor. Not many people in UK can get these phones and now I am life time customer of these guys. Amazing service and phones are sealed and brand new global versions. Don't waste your money with UK network providers. Go sim free and buy last year models or latest phones from these guys. Save your self money. People here have been saying why does the phone with international adaptor. Come on guys these phones are at such good price and they are unlocked with better processor so who cares if the charging pins are international. Bless

Avoid this company, phone ordered in 23rd. No follow up info or unsolicited contact. Can only get through to secretary apparently they don't have a clue. This business is a joke, iam researching this business and will follow this up with relevant information. Something very shady going on in the background, every call made to them they assured me they would get "max" to call, he never does. I managed to get through to a guy at one point who claimed he called the "warehouse" and it was on its way and the courier would contact, didn't happen. No phonecall no contact. Disgraceful customer services. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I suggest a great deal of these reviews are fake.

I needed a replacement for my much loved but out-of-date Apple ipad. Major Mobiles offered a significant discount on the recommended price and having placed the online order, my ipad arrived the very next day.

The 7th generation 10.2 inch ipad is a big improvement on my older model and the customer service from Major Mobiles is first class. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be dealing with them again.

After this reassuring advice I purchased my ipad with confidence on 30th June from their company in England and it arrived the very next morning 1st July.
