We are so pleased with our Cocker Spaniel Urn from Mainely Urns. It is beautiful and we were impressed with the quality. It was shipped so carefully, very protected, and arrived so quickly (less than a week). We hope we never have to lose another loved one and have to chose an urn but I would never shop anywhere else. We love our beloved fur baby's urn.

I ordered this for my Mother, her sister passed so I ordered this urn with a picture of the two of them on it for her and it brought her to tears. The picture was very clear and the color is beautiful.
I ordered (2) items which were shipped in a extra large box( within boxes) with an excessive amount of non-biodegradable packing material including styrofoam peanuts, yards of plastic wrap and some compressible packing peanuts( still not compostable nor recycled)
They take so much care with the products they make, why not use environmentally friendly packing material?

Thank you MainelyUrns. My order turned out wonderful. The black granite & engraving are so well done. Customer service was kind & quick to respond. & the processing & shipping was SO FAST. The cemetery said it was a 5 months wait from their fulfillment company and all other companies they know. MainelyUrns was about 2-3 weeks total from order to door. I do think doing the Whitening of the engraving would've been a nice pop. I didn't add it - but I would recommend doing it! I am thrilled that this beautiful marker will be the piece to remember my dad forever. Thank you!

The service and quality of the urns from Mainely urns are excellent. During a time when your pet or loved one has passed can be extremely difficult. In the last 3 years, I've had 3 pets pass away. I ordered my urns from Mainely because of the quality at first. They had a beautiful Black Schnauzer on top. Mainely's customer service worked with me to make sure the name plate was perfect. All 3 of my pets name plates match, but have their uniqueness too.
All was well because the owner always was in contact with me by e-mail all the way of ordering. It is the important as when you lost your adorable pet friend this subject so much sensitive with choosing an urn as it is the last house where your adorable one will be.

We looked at different sites in Google and Mainely Urns caught our eye. They have so many different things to choose from. I live that we were able to personalize the urns. They had one urn left in stick and they didn't like the way that it looked so they let me know that they would have to order another one. I informed the gentleman that I was communicating with that I needed the urn by a certain date. He gave me a few different options and I am completely satisfied. They will let you see the product before they make it which makes it even better. They let me know when it was shipped out and I had a tracking number for it before it was even dropped off to UPS.
