My Experience with Mainely Urns was overall positive. We had a bit of an issue with the "Proof" part of the process but it was corrected very quickly. My nly issue was with the shipper, there was about a 4 day delay for some unkown reason.

It was a truly difficult task choosing the final resting place for my mother-in-law. We all love her so much and nothing seemed right. Found this and it was still off - The # of words I wrote for her urn was way more than what was allowed and I had my own ideas for the graphics to be engraved. Worked with Dave Townsend and then with Jill and am so thrilled with the results. It was a great bargain and personalized exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you so much for your awesome service.
