I had a very smooth experience. This manufactured marble urn is sturdy, and you can use it in the ground at a cemetery without an urn vault as it is weight bearing. The faux marble was pretty and we got it in my mom's favorite color - purple. I got the standard shipping and it arrived in three days. It was packed in at least two cardboard boxes, very secure. My mom was a bargain hunter and she would have appreciated us saving $500 by purchasing this.

I ordered five urn ash bags to help family members distribute my sister's ashes with beauty, dignity, and grace, but when they arrived, I realized the bags were far too large for our purpose. I reached out to MU and Kevin responded quickly with so much compassion and understanding… What I needed was an "ash bag"- he sent me photos and measurements, showing me the difference between what I had erroneously purchased and what he thought I was looking for. As luck would have it, the bags were the same price, so MU exchanged the urn bags for the ash bags. Kevin emailed me a return postage sticker, so MU generously absorbed the cost of my mistake. I thought that was very gracious of them. I don't know why I didn't find the smaller bags on the site the first time… But it is a very thorough website, and they have much to offer for those of us on "this side" wanting to find the perfect way to send off our departed loved ones. The turnaround was "old school quick" (which I appreciate… Don't like Amazon monopolies), and Kevin was very responsive to each and every inquiry… I never waited more than an hour or two for an email message to be answered with kindness and a thoroughness that was very helpful. Amazing in this day and age. I highly recommend this company. They have beautifully made products and understand where we, the grieving are in this process.
