I was very unsure how to order a specific urn and emblem. I notified the company and someone got in touch with me right away and was incredibly helpful, each step of the way. I felt very unsure through the process but Mainely Urns walked me through it and were so helpful to answer any questions or concerns I might have. In the end I felt good about placing the order and it was better than I imagined it would be. The only complaint I have, why it isn't a five star rating is because there was a small scratch on the bottom of the urn. It was on the bottom so I didn't make a big deal about it, I am sure if
