This is my second military urn I have ordered in the span of 13 months. First was Air Force and second was Army. Exceptional experience.

Customer Service was top notch. That you all for having empathy, compassion and understanding while my family was struggling with the passing of a love one.

This was my first urn-buying experience. My interactions with the staff were all pleasant and they responded to all of my questions promptly and accurately. I don't have any suggestions on how the experience could be better. I was very much satisfied and would recommend Mainely Urns to anyone.

I received constant updates as to when my items were to be shipped and delivered. Talk about great customer experience. I found the urn on Amazon, but felt more comfortable with ordering directly from this website. I knew that since this was a very delicate item and the care it needed, for my own peace of mind, ordering from the direct website would be best. I was able to do MORE than I was able to do on Amazon. Plus, I also purchased an angel necklace to keep my daddy close to my heart.

Proofs are provided in a very timely manner... both for the order... and, in my case, a re-order. I had made an error that I didn't catch and had to order a new panel. (Try to have someone else read the proof, if possible.) Prices and customer service were excellent.
