This was my first experience with cremation services. I wanted a more personalized urn vs. the generic urn from the funeral home for my husband and I discovered Mainly's website. The selection and engraving process was easy and they always keep you in the loop regarding the status of your order. The key to any company's success is quality and communication and Mainly exceeded my expectations in both areas.
Confused a bit on sizes. But after talking to the funeral home we were able to get the best size. Shopping and paying was no issue.

This was a beautiful Urn we ordered for mom. The crimson color was perfect and the engraving was well done. There were issues with shipping causing a delay as the package sat for two days about 10 miles from our home at UPS.
