Made in China it's one of the best and most easy websites and trustworthy, I'm using this website for about 6 months now they are very good and suppliers are very helpful and friendly and honest, the only thing I would like to see that they provide more shipping companies for overseas customers and assembly videos, but this is not a complaint only a suggestion

Avoid Zhongwu New Energy

I ordered two 2 seater lithium…
I ordered 2 only two seater lithium powered golf carts from Zhongwu New Energy ( Shandong) Group Co Ltd. The carts finally arrived however they were both damaged in transit and they had lead acid batteries instead of lithium. The quality overall is extremely poor and the company has failed to communicate any response. There were many other issues regarding the freighting and I strongly would suggest using your own freight company and customs broker. Using theirs has cost me heavily in port charges as products couldn't be released. Avoid this company at all costs. I am highly unimpressed.

After incorrectly placing a wrong logo and wrong typeface that they created and then placed on a tote bag for a prototype that I could show my client instead of using the designer logo that I had sent them to use and then keeping me waiting for weeks to finally receiving it and also charging me a large amount to do a simple prototype and mail it, they then told me that they received a large order so that they would not produce the tote bags it all that I was going to order. How very unprofessional they were to do that to me and my client and project. NEVER AGAIN will I ever do business with them ever again. SHAME ON THEM! "Made-in-China" is a joke. I will warn others what I have been through with this poor excuse of a company.

Making a complaint
September 26, 2024

Having requested a method of making a complaint I received a response just a few hours later only to be told in a subsiquent Watts App, that the item was not made by the "Made-in-China" remit. I was however asked to give them the name of the firm I was complaining about - (faulty battery with photographs), who were denying responsibility, and they would contact that vendor.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS business ethics. Thank you, my faith in Chinese products is boosted
