I recently just ordered a dress from this site for my prom and I would give it 10 stars out of 10. The employees are amazing at keeping you updated on your purchase and are very kind and willing to answer all questions. They are not just interested in getting your money, they are wanting building a friendship with you. I would 100% reccomend this site to anyone who is looking for amazing quality and great service.
I purchased a really pretty but very simple dress on here, it was over $30 for shipping. I had a deadline, for a school dance and ordered around almost two months before. It came to a week before the dance and still, nothing. We tried calling, tried emailing but customer service was terrible, almost like there really wasn't anyone there. It never came and, we finally figured out how to get our Money back with the help of our bank. Do not order.
Our dress took a little longer than expected but so worth the wait! This seller is wonderful with good communication with us. The detail work on my daughter's dress is gorgeous! I definitely recommend this seller.

I ordered the Perfect Pumpkin Hat pattern and when a download link didn't arrive I was concerned. Then I read all the reviews saying the site was just a scam.and was sort of upset. But the pattern arrived by email today so no scam…at least not for this hat pattern.
I purchased a pair of royal blue and yellow shoes to wear to a sorority function in 2020. I received an email advising the shoes were damaged. They sent me a message to replace the shoes with a pair of ugly shoes that looked nothing like the shoes I was originally ordering. I said no and to refund me my money. This happened back in November and to date January 8,2020 I have not received a refund. I wouldn't be surprised if they were adding their own positive reviews.
Warning::: do NOT order from luula! I order d two dresses for my bridesmaids that look beautiful in the picture, but when I got the package it was two totally different dresses very poor quality. It's a quick way for them to make a buck. There is no way to contact them either I hope they get in trouble it's not right what they do.
The dress arrived, before i knew it. Fabulous delivery. I knew there was detail in he dress, but to see it in person. It is beautiful. The train with the bows makes here look like a mini bride/princess. Thank you for such a beautiful dress for my niece.

Ordered a dress for daughters homecoming event. On sep 25th they excepted my money and gave me a log in to help track the items shipping. Once logged in no tracking info no phone number nothing here it is the 14th of October the day after the event still no dress no tracking nothing. When asked for a refund they told me to dispute it with PayPal who I did not use for the purchase. The site is a scam they take no responsibility for there lame service and expect you to jump through hoops to get your money back. If you want to loose your hard earned money and want to be disappointed when your merchandise never shows up by all means use this site your guaranteed dissatisfaction.
Absolutely terrible company to work with and a completely nightmare. Ordered a custom-made dress for $129 and then have had a horrible time trying to contact the seller to get it returned and had to go through Luulla Support. Emails have been sent back and forth for over a week and now they are expecting me to pay the full shipping costs of a full length heavy dress internationally and I haven't heard why I can't receive a new one. Awful, awful, awful. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a size 14 dress and paid an extra 48 dollars for the dress to be shipped quick.
The dress came and it's not the same dress as what is in the picture and the dress Was not sewn together correctly. I contacted costumer service and three of the emails came back and then one came through and was so unprofessional and basically says no refunds. I hate that a a US magazine promoted the site.
We were so impressed at the quality of this dress, the perfect fit and the prompt, fast shipping. It got here in time for our daughter's Christmas dance. She was thrilled!
Okay, like may others, the dress I ordered came and it was about 4 sizes smaller than I ordered. I ordered a large and it had the dimensions listed and the size that came was 8" smaller. They refused to pay shipping back and therefore no refund. I reported them to econsumer.gov and the BBB. Horrible.
I ordered a dress from this website and when it arrived, it as almost comical how bad it looked. The dress does not look at all like the picture. When I reached out to let them know I was unhappy with the dress and wanted to return it for a refund, they have sent me on a 3 month goose chase to try to get my money back. They keep defending the dress saying it looks as pictured, and they will not let me return it. The dress I received is eligible for those memes where dresses show up looking terrible. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They use beautiful pictures and make very bad replicas.
Deceptive ad, knock-off dresses. Horrible customer service. They did not return emails. Only when i contacted my credit card for a refund, they returned my emails. Don't waste your time and money!
