One of the worst and unfortunate experience with lulu exchange even after 3 days the money is still not credited to my bank account in India. So difficult to reach lulu customer service and even they are not sure when it will be credited to the account. The bank account transfer takes few minutes these days and they are unable to transfer even after 3 to 4 days. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. Will make sure never send money again from lulu exchange.
Worst service experience with lulu sharjah branch... charging very high exchange rate and when I question they started arguing. The rate between their Dubai and sharjah branch is so huge. Thank God I decided to get it from Deira and got it for much much better rate.
Cash gift sent to India before Christmas never got through since a name was added like: "Shubal No last name". It was amended just yesterday on 5th Jan 2021. The staff should be more responsible and not make an error like this. Delay in receiving the funds on time is very disappointing. The manager needs to should train the staff.
Besides this, Too many personal details are required on Lulu form/slip and that has to be improved made as compact as possible. Other exchanges have very limited data and provide excellent services. I rarely use Lulu services. Care must be taken in future.
I recently Transferred Money from Distrait branch, despite giving all the information correct.
Money didn't reached my Account. Staff Saying Bank is rejected Money when i was asked for more detail staff is saying take your money and go.
Asked for Exchange rate difference who will bear the loss. They shouted at me. Had worst experience with staff
I will never come back to Lulu exchange in my life, and will tell my friends and family member also don't go there.
The platform needs to improve on some of their services. For instance, the number of days it takes for them to confirm a transaction is just too long. I stopped using them when they misplaced a transaction ID which culminated into hundreds of dollars. They blamed it on site bugs. Tho, i've been refunded from Finetouch Tech, I still cannot shake the feeling the loss of my money was intentional.
From last few months i am regularly visiting LULU Exchange@ Grand Mall Shj. I observe all staff there specially Mr. M. Saber, Mashad and Ms. Susmera, they always saying welcome with smiley face and then are providing their best services/opinion related to finance. Always i found them very cooperative, humble and providing true/best guide line for customer interest.

Worst experience in dealing with the staff at Lulu Hyper Market at Al Majaz 3. The staff are incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with customers, where they lack basic knowledge of there day to day job.
The manager there, Ms. Nirmala, impolite and harsh when talking to her on the phone. The whole team defy to take any responsibility for their incorrect actions.
I raised a complaint with the head office, it seems they ignored my email as there was no response.
This is the seconf time my money did'nt reach even after 3 days. This time they gave exuse that the server is down. First time the told me the money got rejected by my bank which was also false.
I would never recomend anybody to transfer money though LULU Exchange. Its worst service.
Very poor and Rude customers Service I got today in LuLu exchange,I have shortage of time, I told them I'm not interested to open any account right now,they forced me to make account and they charged me 10 dhs.Whatever, I was being late for my duty,And I missed Bus Because of them.I never want to go in Lulu Branch's. And they don't how to treat a customer.

I am in Kuwait for more than 23 years and thought of trying LULU exc. But i have never seen such a no professional and deplorable service. No working contact telephones, e mails are bouncing back and no platform to lodge customers complaints...
My transfers are still pending to credit after 4 working days... Money is sent to meet emergencies and if they cannot deliver what they commit -is really a sort of cheating the people... you should providing misleading information to the clients to get business!

Please do not upload this app and waste the time, Its the worst app ever to send money, If your sending money in case of emergancy the will be sent after days. So dispointed and suggest not to download best app to transfer money is bfc way more better then lulu.
I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service I had received during my visit to the al nadha Sharjah branch (Manager). Saying that he waited for a long time in regards to the customer request such a rude attitude. I am appalled at this behavior from the manager It is disappointing to experience such an incompetent and insensitive service. I believe that you should be made aware of your employee's actions.
I hope that would you look into the matter quickly and make sure to prevent the incident from happening again.

Bosher Exchange near Fathima supper Market the worst, staff not professional, Yesterday 6 people wait from 5 to 6pm outside, 4 people left bcs of que, Look out CCTV. Everyone angery, Two Ladies were inside, people complained bcs of standing & sweating outside an hour, Staff told, system not working, It's not our fault, It means it's our fault Right? People with vehicle they don't care, but without vehicle, You walk 4km & then face this situation, then imagine what you do?

MY AGED MOTHER HAS TO GO FAR NOW JUST TO SEND OR RECEIVE MONEY. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART. MY MOTHER HAS A MEMBERSHIP ALSO WITH THEM AND YET THEY HAVE BLOCKED HER ID. REASON THEY GIVE IS CUZ SHE SENDS AND RECEIVES MONEY A LOT. WHAT ARE EXCHANGES FOR?. SHE HAS HER REGULAR SCHEDULE. INSTEAD OF HELPING HER OUT THEY BLOCKED HER ID AND REFUSED SERVICE TO HER. I did a transaction through a LuLu exchange application but it's declined by bank I don't know for what and my money was deducted and I didn't get any amount in my Indian account so I was afraid and I tried all Lulu support platforms for support like chat through application WhatsApp mail and all but I didn't get satisfactory answer from any one except Md Shahidul Hoque he is the one who tried his best. These Indians don't want to work on African, I wanted to withdraw with western union and this guy told me no money with a bad attitude yet at Al Fadhan I received it.
First time I visit to Lulu exchange in Mahaboula branch to register my details for online transection but their unprofessional staff make mistakes without knowing she enter my name 2 times driftnet CID and said ok I tried front of her, App not working than she told me call this no to our IT and any branch can solve your problem, many time I tried her given no but nobody pick. I called Mangaf branch, I found a sense less staff replay me "if you are hurry than go to any other exchange, don't send money from us" i asked his name he not given me name.
My request to friends please don't send money through LULU Exchange you can get good rate other exchange.
