The platform needs to improve on some of their services. For instance, the number of days it takes for them to confirm a transaction is just too long. I stopped using them when they misplaced a transaction ID which culminated into hundreds of dollars. They blamed it on site bugs. Tho, i've been refunded from Finetouch Tech, I still cannot shake the feeling the loss of my money was intentional.
My short experience with them was one fraught with ups and downs. When I first signed up as a user all was going smoothly but I guess they got too big and that got into their head. Their services worsened. The straw that broke the camels back came when my account was frozen for no reason. All attempts to contact them proved abortive. At the end Finetouch Tech intervened and resolved to send me what amount i thought i had lost forever.
