Ordered from them before and never had a problem other than a long time for it to be delivered (Up to 1 month) but maybe that's because I'm in Canada. One of the games I ordered did NOT work, and yes I've tried everything and EVERY other game I got works. They offered us 15$ on a game we paid 80$. So just so you know if the game don't work, they don't care. 15$ back for an 80$ game? I'll never order from them again. I'd like to suggest Fbook Marketplace or even local thrift stores and antique shops. They are EVERYWHERE! Shame I have to write this, and never leave reviews but this is why you can only leave a review on their page. Which they obviously delete any comment that doesn't support them.

This company came repeatedly recommended to me via reddit. I encourage you to check reviews there.

My assessment of a company puts a lot of stock in their customer service. I don't care if there are issues here and there if I can trust the company to help resolve issues with minimal headaches.

I've purchased from Lukie Games and anytime I have contacted support with a question or issue they respond immediately and if something goes wrong they make it right before I need to ask.

I like this company and would purchase from them again.

These f****** people never answer their phone and they told my brother "oh its not our problem, there's no refunds. I paid 30 f****** dollars for a game for him and he only got the case and no game now these people refuse to answer their phone, so if you guys wanna know about their policy they lied. They obviously don't care about customers and only want their money's worth. I'll never be doing business with these a**holes again. And here's the proof, and don't say he took the game out when he never got it.

I've bought a few odds and ends from Lukie Games and each time has been more than a pleasure. Delivery is generally on time and their prices are generally competitive or better than alternatives I can find online. Even when I can find a lower price, it doesn't seem to be from a reputable buyer that I can find reviews of online. They have a pretty good retro game selection, though are sometimes out of stock for what I am looking for.

Got the game in a sketchy Walmart case. Didn't have the case and after calling their support they told me you'd have to click an option I didn't have to get the case for it as an extra charge. Who in their right mind would charge for a game case?! That's outrageous. This company is sketchy, don't use them. Go through somewhere else. On top of that they review every rating, so I'm sure they delete all of the super negative ones. Meaning they're pretty much lying to those looking through reviews.

I put my used xbox and games on ebay to sell. Lukie Games purchased it. I boxed EVERYTHING up and took it to my closest USPS office. Paid almost $30 for f$#*!ing shipping. Kept my receipt with the tracking number on it and checked in over the next few days to make sure it had shipped, which it DID. I wanna say about a month later I get hit with a dispute ticket on paypal with them claiming they never received it. I did everything correctly on my end and still got $#*!ed. Sooooo good luck selling to these $#*!ers! Have a wonderful day ;)

After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call or nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and my name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again.

Bought a item from them by mistake on ebay thanks to my kid having my phone. Sad thing is I did put the item in my cart just to save them as a seller and go back and buy some stuff. Kid had phone and clicked and bought a couple things. I noticed two minutes later and messaged all three people she bought from and recvd proper cancelations within minutes. This place marks item as shipped at 3 oclock in the morning and tells me they wont refund. So I had to cancel with my bank. Just a ton of steps I should not have had to taken and any company that cares about customer service wouldnt make you take.

Loved this site until they made a mistake on my order, since I'm in Canada I couldn't send the game back without spending fees, they finally got to reimburse me fully for my purchase so I didn't lose any money

The way your customer service treats paying customers is unacceptable. I never received an apology for Lukie games messing up the same order not once but twice. The first time may have been an accident but I know when someone is trying to intentionally Inconvene me. You will have better luck purchasing consoles and games from any other seller. I will write similar reviews on as many sites as I can. I don't want anyone else to experience the frustration that this irresponsible company causes.

I had placed a large order from this company, I don't know what happened but the couriers sent back my entire order ($500), I contacted this company for a possible refund and they only refunded me $40 and among the order attachments and email this lukie games team keeps ignoring me. I WASTED MY MONEY, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
