Got the game in a sketchy Walmart case. Didn't have the case and after calling their support they told me you'd have to click an option I didn't have to get the case for it as an extra charge. Who in their right mind would charge for a game case?! That's outrageous. This company is sketchy, don't use them. Go through somewhere else. On top of that they review every rating, so I'm sure they delete all of the super negative ones. Meaning they're pretty much lying to those looking through reviews.

Bought a item from them by mistake on ebay thanks to my kid having my phone. Sad thing is I did put the item in my cart just to save them as a seller and go back and buy some stuff. Kid had phone and clicked and bought a couple things. I noticed two minutes later and messaged all three people she bought from and recvd proper cancelations within minutes. This place marks item as shipped at 3 oclock in the morning and tells me they wont refund. So I had to cancel with my bank. Just a ton of steps I should not have had to taken and any company that cares about customer service wouldnt make you take.

This company came repeatedly recommended to me via reddit. I encourage you to check reviews there.

My assessment of a company puts a lot of stock in their customer service. I don't care if there are issues here and there if I can trust the company to help resolve issues with minimal headaches.

I've purchased from Lukie Games and anytime I have contacted support with a question or issue they respond immediately and if something goes wrong they make it right before I need to ask.

I like this company and would purchase from them again.

I ordered a handheld game console from them, the shipping wasn't free and i receive a defective product, return process wasn't complicated but i need to cover the postage again. So all in all i lost £12 for the 2 way shipping. But the Good thing is, it was clearly mentioned from the start that shipping and return shipping is shoulder by the buyer. So no problem at all

Ordered 3 N64 controllers. Paid roughly 75CAD for each. Controllers seemed expensive but willing to pay for AN ORIGINAL controller. They sent us 3 with replacement joysticks in them. This is not original at all. Terrible experience. Now will have to ship back during a pandemic. Thanks for nothing Lukie. False advertising.

Great website for gaming consoles, accessories, controllers, and games. I have ordered many things from this website and they arrived on time and in good condition. I would explain website as the ebay for games. Would suggest using, 5 stars

I ordered a 2ds lite off of lukiegames but it said that there was an error with paypal, I was using debit, it took my money but It didn't give me any confirmation of a package, it has been a month no 2ds lite for me, I guess I will have to use the one that I have that doesn't work anymore.

I've bought a few odds and ends from Lukie Games and each time has been more than a pleasure. Delivery is generally on time and their prices are generally competitive or better than alternatives I can find online. Even when I can find a lower price, it doesn't seem to be from a reputable buyer that I can find reviews of online. They have a pretty good retro game selection, though are sometimes out of stock for what I am looking for.

I had placed a large order from this company, I don't know what happened but the couriers sent back my entire order ($500), I contacted this company for a possible refund and they only refunded me $40 and among the order attachments and email this lukie games team keeps ignoring me. I WASTED MY MONEY, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Loved this site until they made a mistake on my order, since I'm in Canada I couldn't send the game back without spending fees, they finally got to reimburse me fully for my purchase so I didn't lose any money

I have ordered here many times. Whenever something goes wrong, which seldom happens, it is quickly fixed. They have even sent me replacements for faulty wiring that was not their fault. (Nintendo controller extention cord didn't work) I did not have to return the faulty product and was sent a working one in the matter of a few days.

I put my used xbox and games on ebay to sell. Lukie Games purchased it. I boxed EVERYTHING up and took it to my closest USPS office. Paid almost $30 for f$#*!ing shipping. Kept my receipt with the tracking number on it and checked in over the next few days to make sure it had shipped, which it DID. I wanna say about a month later I get hit with a dispute ticket on paypal with them claiming they never received it. I did everything correctly on my end and still got $#*!ed. Sooooo good luck selling to these $#*!ers! Have a wonderful day ;)

Purchased from them in the past (like a year or less ago) and purchased 4 games (xbox) and only 1 arrived. And they refused to send replacements or a refund for it. The games were cheap so i just let it go, but poor customer service on there part. Wouldn't buy from again.

After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call or nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and my name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again.

The way your customer service treats paying customers is unacceptable. I never received an apology for Lukie games messing up the same order not once but twice. The first time may have been an accident but I know when someone is trying to intentionally Inconvene me. You will have better luck purchasing consoles and games from any other seller. I will write similar reviews on as many sites as I can. I don't want anyone else to experience the frustration that this irresponsible company causes.

I have two boys that like me enjoy video games a lot and love playing vintage games that aren't always easy to find at a reasonable price. I found this site while looking for a game for a gift and I was pleased with the service. I placed my order on a Sunday and the order was on hand by noon Wednesday.

I ordered some retro games from here and received my package within a week and everything worked perfectly. The prices were pretty reasonable and the games were in great working order. As far as used Gameboy Advance, and NES games go, this site is great. I would definitely order from them again.

3 out of 5 cd cases were broken, like severely
1 out of 5 instruction book was missing pages
And 1 cd needed to be buffed.

All in 1 order!

Seriously, who's in charge of the QUALITY over there?!?
