Lucky Vitamin

Have been ordering over $100 worth of stuff a month(sometimes more) for some time now. Never had a prob except it took months to get things backordered. Now however, I can see where all the complaints are coming from. I ordered something a couple of months back and was sent the wrong form. Then last month I reordered it again along with a lot of other stuff. $124 worth. Didn't receive it, nor a reason for the delay. I emailed and they gave me a ticket number which was bogus. Have emailed several times wanting to know where my merchandise was. So far I have been ignored. There are too many companies out there to go through this. I will just find someone else.

A website for ur Health Needs that works, the user interface is great, easy n fun! I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for the1st time with no problems. It was so easy to compare the different products, and they have competitive prices.

Placed my order not once, but 3 times, Mar. 13-15th, it shipped around the 15th, still waiting pin the completed order 6 weeks later. Had tho keep replacing the order because I was using my Android to place the order on& Lucky Vitamins computer system isn't set up to be on "friendly" terms for receiving orders off of our phone's, this told to me by customer service. This is not customer service. This became a source of frustration for 2 days placing& re placing my order. Been a customer for 6 years. What's it matter that I'm loyal, these supplements are an alternative to pharmaceuticals for me, I'm 6 weeks out waiting on Lucky Vitamin, they're still not here. They force you to shop elsewhere, just by a complete lack of customer service.

Always received free shipping on orders over $25(and 25 a small amount to purchase for that perk). The Autoship feature helps avoid running out of my Vitamins and snack bars each month or less frequently (you can easily adjust) Shipments always on time, in a motivational box. Oh and they offer free treats, samples based upon your order items, that you can opt out. And this gives a great chance to try a new product.

Terribly disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. I ordered probiotics that must be kept cold to remain alive on 6/4/2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping that would arrive (per their website) on 6/8/2020. I also paid extra for 2 cold packs to be included with my probiotics. My order did not arrive on 6/8. It arrived on 6/11. There was only one cold pack in the package as well, when I paid for 2. All of the temperature sensitive probiotics arrived warm. I paid $115 for probiotics that are no longer able to be used. I have purchased these same probiotics for years from Vitacost and never had this issue. L've reached out to customer service multiple times, knowing given the opportunity, many companies will jump at the chance to make it right. It's been nearly 2 weeks. Nothing. Radio silence. Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere.

We came across the Lucky Vitamins website by chance in 2017 and have been happy supporters and recommenders every sense. Lucky vitamins always has what my family needs with the trusted name brand products and affordable prices. With auto-ship available are normal order is always on stand by and we don't have to search for what we need every order. Best of all our order is always free since we get all of our health needs from Lucky vitamins.

Love the product. Hate the massive shipping costs. Yes I saved up to $10 on some items - but on a small order my shipping was $60 dollars. It was a week late and cost an additional $20 in duty. The management simply ignored my requests for a shipping refund or credit for next purchase when the shippement came a week late. Then DHL would not actually deliver to the house due to duty. So time & money were wasted. Best to go with iherb.ca they have an american & canadian online store. No duty. And their customers come first.

Great products at affordable prices. I get 2 or 3 items a month for my copd which have helped me greatly. They really know their stuff and the delivery time is a few days and costs nothing. Life changing for me!
