Just placed my first order. The site is user-friendly. Discounts automatically applied, provided great product details and had what I needed in stock when many others did not. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have not received my order yet.

I have never had a problem with lucky vitamin, im always so pleased with my purchase! Only thing i wish, is that the points were a bit better of an amount. It seems to take a while to get anything out of the points. But other than that its all great!

Love the lilac scent! It smells just like the real thing. Hard to find scent and even tried to google "lilac air freshener" and all it gives you is lavender. Shipping was pretty fast, came sooner than expected.

All of the products I have ordered have been as described. The price points are good and I like the policy they have for free shipping. When I have had a problem they have corrected it quickly without undue questions. There are several products that are not available in stores where I live so it is nice to have them available at Lucky Vitamin.

I've been using this website for years and love so much about it. They have a great selection of products. I also love how you can search by health concern and they have articles and helpful information that isn't there to get you to buy their products. Good information about the products too; you definitely know what you're getting. The prices are good, and especially love the free shipping option.

I always get great service from Lucky Vitamins. However, they change their Web page too often to "improve the experience". And that change often makes shopping confusing. This new design had way too many glitches that caused me to waste a lot of time scrolling and trying to find things. Need to work on the IT part of their Web Page.
