Spent time adding all my items to my cart. They say free shipping on orders of $X dollars. After all the items are in your cart it looks like you have free shipping. Then they take all your contact info (email address etc) and just before purchase the free shipping vanishes and they try to charge you for it. I had more than enough for the free shipping AS CLAIMED ON THEIR WEBSITE. They are scamming you for email addresses to spam and probably hoping people dont notice the free shipping vanishes in attempt to get extra $$$ out of you. Very annoyed. Would not recomend
The US post office ships in three days. Fed X takes seven days. Fed X usually charges more, too. That's a long time, particularly when your order has been on back-order for several weeks?

My original review written on Dec 22,2016 under the title "Sales Prevention team pretending to be Customer service" described a suddenly new and unnecessary customer service procedure where I was required to phone in a confirmation after placing my online order. In spite of several years of successful ordering, orders where placed on hold until I would call in to answer some basic questions such as name, address which defeated the purpose of online ordering. The customer service team decided to enforce this stupid policy and chose to cancel my order and account, upon my ultimatum. Some time in June of 2017, my account was unexpectedly reactivated with the resumption of the weekly special notifications. I decided to try this site again, and all orders have been properly processed. LuckyVitamin no longer enforces this useless voice order verification process, it would seem. I suggest to shop and always verify the prices but there are deals to be found at this site. So far the service and timely shipments have been very good.
Autoship is a good deal and convenient, but there seems to be some deliberate difficulty in trimming down and cancelling particular items. It is doable, but annoying to play hide and seek in the customer GUI.
Also, the turmeric items that are dissolved in an oil base are turning out to be more effective, especially with absorption enhancers, but the powder is not very good and the oil base is a critical factor I am looking for, so please expand your description to show what the oil is where you sell softgels. Sports Research is a brand that is a little cheaper than the Euro softgel Curcuminoids you sell, and has a coconut oil base. Please spec out any related products on your site with information about the oil the material is dissolved in. The Euro product says "volatile oils" so have ordered and will hope it is a big plus!
I ordered the almond milk. It arrived in good time. It tastes awful. They wont return it. I would have to pay as much as I did to purchase the 2 quarts of bad tasting almond milk. YIKES.
