Three times I tried to talking to them and want an approximate time to deliver the order. However, they have not responded to me. One month and half and it has not arrived. Every time the automated response answer me with the same respond everytime

We paid but never got the dress and we emailed to see why we hadn't got it yet but they said they wouldn't ship because of covid but if I paid an extra $75 I could get it shipped to me we asked for a refund and they refused even though it was within their 30 day policy

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom in June of last year but never wrote a review. When I looked at all of the reviews, it promted me to write how lovely of a dress it was. The color was perfect and the dress looked incredibly beautiful on. Other than the long length (my fault) with measurements, they did a great job and it arrived on time as stated!

Rip off site! Dresses look nothing like photos on here I ordered a dress totally different from pic! & return policy you have to pay for shipping and handling again and also the door delivery! I give them back review on Facebook & they blocjked my comments! Beware everyone it's a huge rip off!

The service was fantastic, always kept in touch and answered my question in less than 30minutes! The dress arrived on time and fits perfectly and looks fantastic! The material and colour is amazing! I would definitely order from them again!

Since Oct I have been trying to return a damaged dress that caused my daughter to miss her senior homecoming. I have tried for 2 months to return the dress and get a refund. They refuse to give me the address unless I take a lesser amount. $60.00 less. Why have a return policy if you can't return something that is damaged. I spoke with them tonight and they said I was to late to return the dress! WHAT? They refuse to give me the address to check on the price for shipping! Check it out for yourself!

Bought a dress from lovingdresses.com and they send me the wrong dress. The company refuses to give me a full refund. The company's return policy states that if the wrong item is sent to the customer, the customer has the right to a full (100%) refund. They don't want the dress back because apparently they have no use for the dress and want to give me a small percentage of my money back to me. Never again will I purchase an item from a company that doesn't honor their own return policy!

COMPLETE SCAM. Do not use this website. They charged my account but did not issue a receipt. After reading all of the negative reviews, I was not going to wait until a dress maybe arrived to be told that I could not return it. After three chat room conversations I finally got them to agree to refund me all but $20 of my purchase price. Spare yourself some time and do not use these people - they think what they are doing is acceptable and have no reservations re cheating you of the money you worked for.

I ordered my dress the end of April. My graduation is scheduled for June 2018. I was super happy when I heard that the delivery was made on time. When I reached home and opened the box, I was almost in tears. The dress that they sent me looks completely different from the dress that was advertised. The material was cheap looking, it wasn't the right color and it was poorly manufactured. To be honest it looks like a bag that's hanging from my body. Now I am trying to return this dress and the website cannot be found. Please DO NOT purchase anything from this company. A coworker recommend this site to me, I wish if I had read the reviews before ordering my dress. This company is a rip off, a total disappointment.

I ordered two prom dresses from this site and they both came out beautiful and fit great, I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, they're high quality dresses for great prices

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and when I received the dress it was the ugliest looking dress ever! The color and material of the dress was horrible. The fit was awful. I blame nobody but myself. Number one for ordering a dress online where you cannot get any kind of refund. Second for thinking the pictures they provide of the dresses would be the same.
So if you do think about ordering please please don't. The dresses are just horrible!

I had a good experience with them. Dress was a bit larger than expected but was easy to do alterations. I had a great experience.

Completely confused as to why there are so many negative reviews. I've ordered from here twice & both dresses looked identical to the photos with super high quality. I'm not some cheap buyer that thinks everything is high quality either. I've bough Sherri hill & jiovanni dresses & the dresses from this website are literally the same quality. Not sure what's wrong with the people that are giving negative reviews. Maybe I'm lucky?

Dresses come from China! I have pictures of the dress I though I was getting and pictures of what I got! Hmmm not even close. The dress was poorly made. They said for me to return it. I did and after two years I'm still waiting for my refund! I hardly ever write reviews but if this can be helpful to someone that's my input.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I know when you find a dress that cheap, its not going to look exactly like the picture and I totally understand that. I went on the online chat multiple times with them asking if they might have pictures of the dress made by their company; some people told me they couldnt and a few sent me pictures, which were AMAZING! I would ask " So this is a sample of the dress that was made by YOUR company?" and they would tell me yes. I finally decided to buy it, never got a receipt! (even after bugging them about it so many times) It came on time but when I opened the package I was horrified. NOTHING like the picture from the website OR the pictures they sent me! I sent a complaint saying the color was off, the beading was terrible, I probably could have done a better sewing job as an 18 year old girl thats never sewn a day in my life, and that they lied to me about the pictures. I sent a picture of what I received and the pictures they sent me through the chat claiming to be theirs. I demanded an explanation and when they finally contacted me, they completely ignored the fact that they sent me false pictures. They just told me they would give me 10% off my next purchase! Does it sound like I'll be purchasing from your company again? Definitely not. Waste of $200. Very upset because I saved up for this dress for a while and its too late to get something else :( dont fall for their tricks. Very sneaky.

I took a chance because I was desperate to find a dress for my daughter. Canada doesn't have very many options for quincenera dresses. So we chose one she liked and we ordered. It was perfect. The shipping took 3 days longer than expected, but for 180 bucks, it was worth it. Her party was held in Acapulco and the next day we let her run through the waves while we photographed her. The dress was soaking wet but we got great pics. The dress was left in Mexico. But for 180 buck you can do that. I liked the dress, the company is difficult to deal with because of the time difference. But I'm confident you will get a nice dress for a great price.

Ordered my dress from this site over a week ago. Was told I would get a confirmation email/tracking info. Still have rec'd nothing. Tried to go on the site and cannot access my order. Have tried everything, even resetting my password, which says a new one was sent to my email and still haven't gotten anything yet. They have already charged my card for the full price of the dress and am now absolutely freaking out after reading these reviews! Hoping this site really isn't the scam that it seems to be :(

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter from this site. The fabric and workmanship were so disappointing. The dress looked nothing like the picture and did not fit properly. I had made plans to have a seamstress attempt to alter the dress in an attempt to make it look decent enough to wear. I was just sick over the way this dress looked. I made the decision to order the dress from a U.S. Dress shop and it's gorgeous and fits perfectly, other than the length. I learned my lesson. From now on I'll pay more for the dress from a U.S. Shop instead of paying twice.

Totally impressed. I ordered a dress had to get it customized in size, it said it would be here in 3 weeks ended up getting it 4 days later, and it fit perfectly. So happy I ordered. Highly recommended to anybody.

When i first found this site i was in love. The prices were amazing and the dresses were beautiful. I didn't think about looking at reviews until after i had already ordered my dress. When I saw everyone's complaints I completely freaked out but when I got my dress everything changed. It was beautiful! The color was what I had ordered and the dress was made beautifully! I have no complaints about this website and I truly recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable and beautiful dresses.

I order a dress for my daughters quinceanera and I got a totally different dress than the one I order. The color was wrong the quality of the dress horrible! When i contacted their customer service via e-mail to get a refund the answer was "The dress is made strictly to your order detail" my order detail was a item code. When i requested to return and refund this was the answer 'items are not returnable with personal reasons' when i tried to call the phone number
