My son signed up for the service as a Mothers day gift for me, took ages to send the first parcel, according to tracking it got to courier, tracking stopped and it never arrived, we contacted them and they sent a replacement parcel, exactly the same thing happened! Courier company are saying the tracking number is false. Have sent messages to customer services re this - no reply. Beware!

The snacks were good however when I changed the address to send my subscription package to, they claimed I updated it after the box was shipped. When I updated the address I had confirmed on my account that the box hadn't been mailed. They can not confirm with any certainty the exact date that I updated my address. Dissatisfied with customer service, rude and abrupt answers with no niceties. I had to pay for a box from my subscription that I never received. Daughter had to leave campus early due to COVID and is not returning.
