This site is so much more fun than picking out a designed ring in the store. I had a hand in the design of my ring (I won't lie about that!), but my fiance and I were able to create EXACTLY what our vision was for my ring, and it is STUNNING. I went with the Halo setting, as it literally grabbed me as soon as I saw it :)

I received the wedding band I ordered online (it is beautiful!) but discovered when it was delivered that the engraving had been forgotten. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem immediately. I was provided with shipping details and postage within an hour of my call. I returned the ring and have since received it back and it is perfect. It is difficult to find such excellent customer service today which is not only professional but friendly and efficient. I take my hat off to you and will not hesitate to recommend your business to friends and acquaintances.

AWFUL! Stay away! I was sent the wrong ring size and a diamond in the band was actually cracked and several stones were missing prongs. Spoke to someone from the company who was EXTREMELY rude and told me I asked for the wrong size and I cracked the stone even though I am not even married yet and have never even worn the ring. I am filing a BBB complaint. You get what you pay for and these people are very rude and nasty on top of it.
Rings were bad... not a good experience. Customer service terrible. Once you buy they wont help.
My ring arrived on time but with a small crafting mistake.
I emailed loveweddingbands about it and they answered immediately that I could return it to them at any time.
I chose however to hand it in to a local jeweler who fixed it, emailed loveweddingbands again about my expense and had the whole expense refunded through google checkout in a few minutes.
Thats what I call customer care.
Everything looks like a bargin until you have to pay for it, so check the price twice to see if it goes up or down even if it has been mispriced as they say, after all that contact them just to make sure, but most of all after all that be prepared to be disappointed
There was mispriced item on our website and Mr. Christopher bought the item for $1 and when we cancel the order he got pissed off, we offered discount from the original price but we wants get free things
I ordered my wedding band from this website. The band in the picture was a great design, very cool and very original. The band that showed up in my mailbox looked nothing like the band that I received, it looked like an 8 year old with a dremel carved a pattern into my ring. This was a $2300 platinum ring, and it looks like a $50 ring.
I am going to attempt to return it, I will follow up with my results.
Affordable, but the pros end there. My engraving was terribly wrong, so I sent it back to get it fixed. It was also a little tight, so I asked for it to be made larger. I got it back at the same size (which is actually much smaller than real ring sizes-at least half a size off). I sent it back again, but they lied about the size and tried to make me pay for it. These guys just want to suck you dry and have terrible quality assurance. You would probably save time and money at an actual jeweler.
They took my Money and now the site is down for the 3rd day? WTF! $366 I have no idea what to do... Can't find a number or anything..

Joy, called us 6 months after her purchase, for full refund and claiming that we send her a wrong size ring. We offered her a resizing but she claims that we also send her ring with cracked diamonds. It was obvious she used third party to resize her ring and they will damage the ring and she was trying to get a full refund after 6 months. We did receive a complaint from BBB and we did respond to her complaint then BBB resolve the issue on our favor. She was calling us names over the phone but we were still offering her to fix her ring free of charge even it wasn't our fault.
