I order a wedding band on 10/25. The email I received confirming the order said 2 days delivery. I called them 2 weeks after to ask about my ring and they told me that it would take another week. I called two weeks after and got no answer, left a voicemail. I called the following day same story, and sent an email. Called the following day and finally someone picked up the phone (same person always picks up the phone). That person started screaming to me asking me why I was calling them so often. When I told the person that I was just wanting to know what was going on with my order he yelled at me saying that they had sent me an email today. I explained him that as I was driving I haven't gotten the chance to check on my emails. Then he said that I should read my emails before calling them to ask questions about my order. I got very upset with his answer as I was only inquiring about a ring that I paid $1,300 for it. I told him that it was my right to ask about something that I paid for and that they should provide good quality service, that was the least they can do for their customers. He kept on saying that I should call them anymore. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and the person wouldn't transfer my call. I cancelled my order and I don't know if I'm going to get my money back. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. After a month delay, I don't understand why someone who's providing you a service, can get upset when you are asking for your goods. The least I was expecting it was an apology. If you want to be treated as you deserve, don't do any business with these guys!

Nine years ago we bought wedding bands and a couple months ago I lost mine. There isn't another company out there that can match the quality and price so I ordered another one just like it. They made the new ring and shipped it to me but two days after it came my wife found the old one in yard badly damaged and bent almost an eighth of an inch out of round. Because it's actually two rings together fixing it was a complicated and difficult process but they were able to do it. See the before and after pics. They just charged me $50 labor and shipping and refunded the balance for the new ring. Hopefully I will never buy another wedding ring but I can certainly encourage others to choose them.

I lost my original custom wedding band from 12 years ago. LOVE expertly crafted a replacement in a week. They have an endless selection and wonderful service. They kept in touch with me throuought the entire process which was most appreciated during this emotional crisis. I LOVE their work and customer service.

This company went beyond their call to satisfy me with the most beautiful wedding bands ever. I was so hesitant to choose an online service but Im so happy I chose them. The rings are beautiful the quality is exceptional and the customer service is professional and patient. I would recommend them for all jewelry. I will never use anyone else. I purchased a ring from loveweddingbands about a month away from my wedding. I ordered the wrong size, and sent it back for exchange, but in the rma email i typoed and gave them the wrong size to change it to. So I had to send it back a second time, and they rushed the second time. I cant believe how quick and friendly they were with getting me through my own mishap! Thanks guys!

My fiance purchased my ring from Loveweddingbands after a friend of our purchased one there for his fiance. I could not be happier with the ring my fiance choose for me. It is absolutely gorgeous. We needed the ring in 4 days, my fiance called to see if it could arrive before on time. They were able to expedite and the ring came on time. Overall a great experience.

This company went above and beyond in helping us get exactly what we were looking for, including sending me pictures of actual rings that they were working on. I shopped for my fiancé's ring in more jewelry shops than I can count in 4 different states, and I found things that were nice, but mainly found jewelers who wanted to make me a custom ring ($800-$1000. 00 design charge). When I found loveweddingbands.com I was so excited they had great band designs and better yet were willing to customize the design for us by changing out the yellow gold for rose gold to match my ring at no additional charge. The kept in touch with me through the whole process before during and after the order, by phone email and the website. Once I placed the order they sent me 2 emails one saying that a person had actually read what customizations I wanted and understood them and one that came from the website with a link so I could see where the ring was throughout the entire process being made shipped and right to my door. My fiancé is very pleased with his ring, it fits perfectly and looks great. It is also 2mm thick and 7mm wide compared to the 1mm thick and 4-6mm wide that I found in most jewelry stores and cost me about a third of what I would have paid to have the ring made. I have been recommending them to everyone I know or talk to and will definitely order from this company again.

Tip for consumers:
If you have questions don't be afraid to contact them. Call and leave a message if you don't get an immediate answer they will call back (I called after hours but got a call back right away when they opened). They were also very happy to send me emails with everything spelled out in writing.

Their service (customer service, return for resize, questions, etc.) was amazing according to my fiancee who ordered both my engagement ring and the matching wedding band from them. I love my ring! It's beautiful, high quality and well constructed. My fiancee dealt with probably 6 people and they were all very responsive. He also liked that the rings were in his price range. Thank you LoveWeddingBands for your help with making that special day even more special with such a perfect ring!

I ordered a ring from Loveweddingbands and I love it. It was easy to check out and customize my product. The customer service was incredibly supportive, and I definitely received the help I needed from them in order to make the perfect ring. The ring fits as described and it is exactly what I was hoping for. They were very helpful customizing the wedding band I wanted in a custom width. I am very thankful they were able to accommodate everything I wanted and would definitely recommend this to others. This company is a hidden gem and has really stepped up the playing field.

We are from Germany and found our favourite rings on LoveWeddingBands website. We are relieved and happy to say that we got our rings as ordered in excellent quality. Form Order to arrival it took 2 weeks. Thank you very much.

AWFUL! Stay away! I was sent the wrong ring size and a diamond in the band was actually cracked and several stones were missing prongs. Spoke to someone from the company who was EXTREMELY rude and told me I asked for the wrong size and I cracked the stone even though I am not even married yet and have never even worn the ring. I am filing a BBB complaint. You get what you pay for and these people are very rude and nasty on top of it.

Joy, called us 6 months after her purchase, for full refund and claiming that we send her a wrong size ring. We offered her a resizing but she claims that we also send her ring with cracked diamonds. It was obvious she used third party to resize her ring and they will damage the ring and she was trying to get a full refund after 6 months. We did receive a complaint from BBB and we did respond to her complaint then BBB resolve the issue on our favor. She was calling us names over the phone but we were still offering her to fix her ring free of charge even it wasn't our fault.

We love our custom designed and inscribed his and her rings. They were expedited and we got them in time for our ceremony even though we waited a bit long to order. This was a very positive wedding ring buying experience, and we would recommend them and will do business with them again for other jewelry.

Affordable, but the pros end there. My engraving was terribly wrong, so I sent it back to get it fixed. It was also a little tight, so I asked for it to be made larger. I got it back at the same size (which is actually much smaller than real ring sizes-at least half a size off). I sent it back again, but they lied about the size and tried to make me pay for it. These guys just want to suck you dry and have terrible quality assurance. You would probably save time and money at an actual jeweler.

My wedding ring is a perfect fit and absolutely gorgeous! We are thrilled with our experience at LoveWeddingBands. Their customer service is exceptional. They were very helpful in assisting us and answered all of my questions.The ring is exactly what I wanted. They were very reasonably priced as well. We spent a lot of time looking elsewhere before we discovered LoveWeddingBands and were pleased that we could find the design and quality we were after in our price range. The ring was shipped quickly and arrived on time. Excellent quality and beautiful craftsmanship. I highly recommend them!

I received my ring as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! When we ordered the ring, there were no delays. However, we did not get a tracking number, but we knew it would be about 10 days before we would receive the ring. The ring was as described and a perfect fit. I would be willing to do business again with this company.

I was very pleased with the wedding ring we purchased, except that we had problems with the sizing. I have discovered that this is fairly commonplace in the ring business, especially when you are ordering online. Adam was very understanding and even after two re-sizings, he was more than willing to accommodate another re-sizing if necessary. He worked hard to get the ring to us in time for our wedding. First of all, I want to begin with my satisfaction with the 'final' product was very satisfied. However, the road to obtaining my final product was a long, difficult, and non-communicative process which I would never want to go through again, nor would I have ordered my ring from this business had I known of the other previous issues others have reported about this business.

That being said here is my review:
PROS:
The 2nd wedding band they sent me was exactly what I had expected. The 1st one they sent me was also beautiful and well crafted but not what I had ordered.
CONS:
-After filling out the necessary RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form as required since my 1st wedding band received was the same one ordered, one of their customer service reps calls me to ask why I had returned the ring and what did I want done. The reasons for my return were included in the same box with the incorrectly delivered ring! Not only that, but I also e-mailed them as a secondary backup to ensure they knew of the reason for my return. Why ask me to complete a 3-page RMA form if you're not going to read what I spend a lot of time completing and returning to you as requested?
-Communication: Good luck trying to reach them via telephone at all hours of the day! You cannot even remain on hold, their phone system bumps you off and tells you to leave your name and number and they'll return your call. They'll never return your call. You have to keep calling them and hope they are available to answer you at that particular time. E-mail, good luck! I've never been responded to via e-mail despite my attempts to reach them at their info, customer service, sales, or RMA returns e-mail addresses. Their so-called "live chat" doesn't work (with my browser/operating system). You kind of just cross your fingers and hope they answer you if you called.
-The certificate of authenticity they send you is very poor and cheaply done. I'd almost have them place the information contained in the certificate of authenticity in the invoice as the paper is just plain copy paper and the color printing appears to be running out of ink since everything is so faded, its hard to read what's contained on the page.
-The shipping tracking information they provide is NOT via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. They use a third party shipping tracking provider called "ParcelProNotify" which isn't a shipping vendor but rather an insurer of the item(s) shipped by LoveWeddingBands.com and they cannot give you any info if you called to inquire about the shipment tracking since you are not the sender (you are the recipient, yet they cannot divulge the shipping status to you even if you have not received your item(s) and are worried if you'll even receive it at all). Why LoveWeddingBands.com doesn't provide the actual FedEx tracking number so you can track your item's progress until it's delivered is unbelievable. They've already paid for it, why not divulge it for the customer's peace of mind.
-They LIED to me! I happened to convince a person at ParcelProNotify to research my package supposedly on the way over 7 days ago via FedEx 2-day shipping. I was told I would receive my package by the end of the business day (the 7th day) and they confirmed LoveWeddingBands.com sent the package to me 2-day FedEx only two days prior. When their website and ParcelProNotify revealed they sent it to me 7 days ago. I was going to my PO Box 5 days in a row thinking why my 2-day FedEx had not yet arrived. It hadn't arrived yet since it had yet to be shipped, even though LoveWeddingBands.com reported that it was on the way.
-Attitude: When you are lucky enough to reach them via phone, the demeanor and attitude they provide you is not what you would expect from a reputable jeweler.

To be honest, I could not find the wedding band I wanted other than going through them and finding exactly what I wanted on their website. Now, it took them two tries to get it right in my instance. Others, as I've quickly found out, have had similar or worse dealings with this company than I have. Like I said, once my 2nd wedding band was delivered, it was very finely made and I have no complaints. But to say the process in obtaining this fine ring was a walk in the park and smooth and trouble free... Hardly! If you have an opportunity to purchase your wedding band elsewhere, I'd highly recommend it.

Great experience dealing with the fine people at loveweddingbands. They are very quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the ring on time. I can't thank them enough for a great experience, I would definitely buy from them again!

The company is fabulous! They are so helpful, go the extra mile to fulfill personalized requirements and are kind and informative. Beautiful rings, very impressed, my husband and I are so satisfied and the engraving is perfect, not sloppy or illegible. Will def buy from this website in the future.

This site is so much more fun than picking out a designed ring in the store. I had a hand in the design of my ring (I won't lie about that!), but my fiance and I were able to create EXACTLY what our vision was for my ring, and it is STUNNING. I went with the Halo setting, as it literally grabbed me as soon as I saw it :)

My ring arrived on time but with a small crafting mistake.

I emailed loveweddingbands about it and they answered immediately that I could return it to them at any time.

I chose however to hand it in to a local jeweler who fixed it, emailed loveweddingbands again about my expense and had the whole expense refunded through google checkout in a few minutes.
Thats what I call customer care.
