DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I placed an order on 8/20/2017 for a total of 135.00. To only receive my package 3 weeks later with 3 out of the 7 items I ordered missing. Yes 3 weeks when I paid rush shipping! I contacted the company for them to lie and tell me they shipped 2 packages! But only sent information for 1 shipping package and didn't send the information as I requested for the 2nd package to be tracked! Also contacting PayPal is a joke. As they wanted me to get a police report in order for me to get my money back. A POLICE REPORT FOR MISSING ITEMS I paid for! Unheard of! Read reviews and be warned! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Material is Horrible! Items aren't as they are pictured. Sizes are wrong and I'll fitting and that's if you get all the items you have paid for!

Recieved my Blue Angels "Citizen" watch today. All Photos on web show it being a Citizen watch. Clearly marked on front and back. Watch shows up and it is a complete piece of junk. It is not marked front or back with the name citizen and in fact the back of the watch is completly blank. It has no markings of any kind. DO NOT ORDER THIS WATCH! COMPLETE SCAM.

I placed an order on March 1st and paid an additional $30 for 2-5 day shipping to receive my items before the 10th which was my spring break and I did not receive my order until yesterday March 30th, and I am still missing items! Clothing are not true to size I'm a large but ordered a XL suppose to be jacket & it was the size for someone thats a M. 2nd the item was damaged straight out of the package.
Absolute FRAUDS! Please DONOT order from this company. They provided false tracking information in order to not have to refund! Luckily my bank is very thorough and my provided documents went above PayPal to receive my money back. I tried to work with this company before going that route but they decided to be sleeze balls and create false tracking information. Ups cannot release their package due to FDA issues with their product/sunglasses the company then provided Pay pal with false documents in an attempt to not have to refund my money. I order 9 items from this company. The first two were great so I ordered again. The second two did not look like the picture. I was disappointed and I will not be wearing these items. They look extremely cheap. However, I placed a third order and loved all three pieces one was too big so I gave it away. The material was good. The fourth order the dress color did not look like the picture but I wore it anyway (after I had it cut because it was way to long). I got so many compliments on the dress I was ok that it was way louder in color than the picture. I promised my self I would order one last time and if I wasn't happy I would stop ordering. My last dress was garbage. It was the dress with the big flowers. I ordered it in the yellow and black stripped. First the colors are so bad that the black looks navy blue. The white is blended in with the color so its not as vivid as the picture. It is not floor length and you can see completely through the entire dress. This is the cheapest material by far. I am torn because I feel like there may be different people who make the clothes and if they communicate with the buyers maybe they will know which ones are doing a good job and which ones are not. The person who made the last dress should not be allowed to make any other clothes. They are terrible.

I ordered maybe 2 or 3 outfits. With the order I was giving a tracking number and every time I went to check it said order was being processed by this time it had been saying that for 2-3 weeks. So I contact them about my order they told me my order was delivered on such & such day I'm like well I haven't got it where did they leave it. They said oh the person must left it at your door. I explained to them that where I live packages go missing from people's doors so that's why I was watching my package so had whole time I'm thinking it haven't been shipped they said it did and was delivered. I never got my package and company refused to send me out another order I didn't ask for a refund I just simply wanted another order they said I said to file a claim with the delivery company and they will refund them. But when I call my delivery company they couldn't do a refund for me. After I explained that to the customer service person they still refused to do anything. Why would I be wanting my same package if I already got it. Told them someone much of took it. I wasn't aware on when it would be here because their site was telling me something different. I never got my new package, refund or anything!

I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
