Not good business I will not refer my friend I order using different shipping address n still didn't get my itemN**************

My review is coming from a customer who I spent $27,000 with them. I started buying in 2019. They used to have this awesome Sell at 9am in the morning and at 11pm at night or you could honestly get I'm not joking either items for a dollar all the way up to $10 & they would have like all of them up and they would have so many and then when they got to zero they were done and I'm telling you I waited to those sales at night and Would purchase so much stuff I would have like 200 items and then they would have a coupon for 40% off that so sometimes they paid like $. 55 for an item that right now is for sale on their page for $40 it's insane how much it has changed and sadly it's nothing more than they teamed up with Shein but the quality of the clothes is horrific I have around a quarter of $1 million worth of products that if I sold them that's how much I would make and I am selling it that's what I do and I paid less than maybe $14,000 for all of it. I'm so glad that I found them before they became this horrible horrible company I have maybe made four purchases from them in the past year since they sold out. Not worth it if you're buying for yourself go add it slow and try just a few outfits or a few items and test them out somethings you hit the jackpot somethings most the stuff is all polyester slimy kind of material there's no such thing as a sweatshirt for them Eddie looks like a whole Vet class project RS T-shirt fabric with a hoodie on it and very badly stitched together. I miss them I wish they would come back I think they got a lot of loyal customers like me who are five star level so I get money off each item already and I have so many points so I do come on here and buy like once every three months but I used to buy once a night I have two storage sheds completely filled with products and I am just slowly selling them online and I will not go down in price is even though I paid maybe $. 50 for them but the product is so good from back in the day. Guess you had to be there one of those things. I don't even know if I would give them two stars but I figured I'd be nice. It used to be 10 stars it's just horrible fabric work and the prices are ridiculous also back when I purchased items never did you have anything over the price of $20 there was Amazon heard of and what they're selling right now it's got some of the same products as what they had back in 2019 and 2020 2021 and the quality of the fabric is ridiculous compared to what I have in my storage. I hope you get something out of this I wouldn't waste your money if you're gonna buy a couple things try it out somethings you will do OK but you will never be able to get a return if you want a return make five stars and then write something bad about the product that's the only way they'll see it is where it actually gets posted with five stars if you give it a one star you'll never be heard from only if you end up on the page and that's if you're five stars that's what I don't like about this is that they only show the five star reviews they don't show anything below that so if you want a refund give them five stars right what you truly think about the product and they will come back and try to help you out and get you something different and make you happy to try to get that off

I placed an order march 19,2021. I even paid extra to have my order shipped out to arrive to me on April 5,2021. Okay fast forward its is april 5,2021 I waited all day for my order to be delievered and it never came. Come to find out My ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED! SO I emailed customer service and told them my order never arrived even after I paid for faster shipping. I was told over 12 hours later they was sorry but they didnt have all my items. So I emailed back and told them I wanted a refund, because I needed my stuff before the 9th of april, and that my items would not arrive on time so I didnt want them. LOW AND BEHOLD THE NEXT EMAIL I GOT WHICH WAS 8 HOURS LATER WAS THAT MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS SHIPPED OUT SPECIFICALLY AFTER I TOLD THEM I WANTED A REFUND. WOW! Then the customer service rep who was emailing me stated after I said I wanted a refund we are sorry but your order has been shipped. YEAH AFTER I SAID I WANTED A REFUND. SO Trip comes and goes I have to go buy more clothes. So I m waiting for the unwanted items I dont receive the items until today which is April 16 2021. Then I didnt even get all my order they claim a refund was issued for the shoes but they DID NOT REFUND ME MY WHOLE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THOES SHOES! I feel like I should be reimbursed for my extra money for faster shipping that I paid, and the rest of my money for those shoes I ordered, and never got! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STRAIGHT UP TERRIBLE. THEN ITS IN CHINA. MY ORDER WENT WAY TO JAMAICA FOR WHAT! THEN THE ORDER CAME WITH NO FREAKING RECEIPT OR SHIPPING SLIP TO SEND THIS $#*! BACK! IM BEYOND UPSET, AND DISAPPOINTED! I ONLY ORDERED OFF THIS SITE BECAUSE PEOPLE GAVE ME GOOD FEEDBACK ON IT. I ONLY GOT A $#*!TY EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM YALL! I ALSO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EITHER. THEY $#*! YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HELP YOU!

I place and order for a total of 9 outfits my order travel around different cities in California and when I finally received my order nothing was as describe I no the saying you get what you pay for but the material was like a table cloth so long that it drags on the ground even the clothing in family dollar dollar general big lots and even dollar tree are better material clothing I mean it looks so cheap and to make it worst when I receive my order it only had 5 of the 9 items I ordered so I sent a message and was told oh we ship your order in two packages but I was only given 1 tracking number and the order was just sent out so I ask for a refund for the missing 4 items and I was told sorry we already shipped it I was not informed my will be shipped in 2 packages when I place my order I paid all in full 1x not 2x 1x I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from this company first tracking number********************* second tracking number ********************* I haven't taken any pictures of the clothing because it's not worth trying on I wouldn't even take this crap to a donation center

I've emailed this company several times in regards to order: ********************* and it seems you guys are refusing to communicate about the missing items and the return/refund information I've requested. This will be my last attempt to obtain the information before this is escalated to a legal matter. I've sent several emails to your company since receiving the package with majority of the items missing. This is bad business. I've spent $539.40 with LovelyWholesale and if you don't have the common decency to respond with the information I have been requesting. This will result in a legal suit if you are unable to resolve my issue. Thank you.

Hello everyone, so here is another update. So lovelywholesale got back to me and told me my shipment is on its way to the next station. So of course i check and check and check and if you take a look at the bottom pictures you will see this is the only message i am getting so i put it in fed ex, usps, ups, dhl, i checked them all i found nothing. And of course lovely wholesale takes forever to get back to you, and so when they finally did this is what they said,

I just contacted the shipping company and got feedback that your package is in transit, it's not lost. Please don't be worried. Due to shipping delay, the updates of tracking information will also be put off. As soon as package arrives in your destination country, tracking information will be updated immediately. After i read this i was so mad so i got back to them again and told them to send me a refund because this is ridiculous i ordered since april 23 2020 and its june and i still don't have a package so this is what they sent me a week later.

Okay... so i was fed up i just figured it will arrive in a few years or i will just file something after a long period of time even though this was long enough, i even told them i ordered things from china and got them before your items SMH.
On june 19th 2020 i received my package i was so shocked i was so scared to open it, when i finally opened it i was UPSET! Things i ordered was not in the package they sent 3 things that were wrong of course i had to message them OH BOY they are going to take forever to get back to me but they actual did a few hours later this is what they sent me:

I said to myself what in the world are these people talking about, this is what i sent them because i was so upset: Oh brother you people can't get anything right I will never refer anyone to you people I received the wrong items in my package after waiting 3 months for these horrible cheaply made clothes this is just so sad that my first time ordering from you and you treat your customers like this I don't want any of these clothes I want a full refund or I will be reporting you and you can have these cheap looking clothes and the wrong clothes you sent and I will be leaving reviews on any review site I can about you people, because no one should be teated like this. So who knows if i will get my money back also the clothes are not all of that its made cheaply but what do you expect with the prices they sell for i just wanted to add that for you guys.
