I gave them a couple of months due to covid19. Still can't get an expected delivery date, no one to speak with on the phone. Just nothing but a message to track and experiencing delay in shipping. Disgusting! DO NOT waste your money or time!

The clothing was super cheap materials (I've seen Halloween costumes with better quality). Sizes run small. The return process is expensive, confusing, and im still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later. I learned my lesson, never shop here!

Still haven't received my items from back in April. Reached out to someone three times about my shipment. Last rep told me they I must show them proof that I don't have it. This is the worse website I've ever dealt with.

I read their reviews AFTER my purchase which made me very nervous, but they were very accommodating considering I ordered 4 bathing suits a week before I leave for Florida (last minute vacation). Everything came together, and everything was correct. Their customer service was great, even though their response took 24 hours each time. I paid $30 extra for shipping and stayed on top of my order every step of the way. Each experience is different I suppose, but try kindness toward them and you'll get far!

Shipping takes some time but if you allow a couple weeks for your order it's fine, or you can pay extra for fast shipping. I have ordered many items here for my boutique store, and I noticed all sizing seems to run small so I would suggest considering that in advance. The quality of materials is generally good, and the items arrive looking as pictured on the site. Other than the sizing adjustment I have been satisfied, and I shall keep on ordering from them.

Lovelywholesale is a great site to use for finding cute and trendy apparel at really affordable prices. I've ordered from them multiple times, mostly for bathing suits and dresses, and always been very happy with the quality for the price that I paid. Plus, whenever I've had something not fit quite right or not meet my expectations, it has been super easy to return and they give great customer service.
I will not be ordering from this company again. I placed my order at the end of February and paid $20 dollars to have is received in 6-10 bus days. I needed this package by this week. The tracking # I was given hasn't been updated since 03/17/2018. I sent Lovelywholesale a ticket to advise them. I've very disappointed!
I ordered a pink 2 piece sweat suit and a fluffy white sweater from them and the products were amazing. They both fit perfectly, looked exactly how it was on their website and very high quality fabrics. A great place for affordable, trendy pieces- I highly recommend!

Quite a number of stores, sites and websites are a joke to say the least. Otherwise, how can one best describe horrible customer service, unresponsive sites, delayed deliveries and exorbitant rates.
Unlike many, I so much loved my experience here. Timely delivery, instantaneous response to queries on delivery progress and just the exact dress ordered.
I have ordered from this site and have always been satisfied. Yes, some things don't fit or look 100% but it is inexpensive and MORE items are a good bet! You just can't get a major store quality and cheap prices together.
I always upgrade on postage to UPS so my items arrive earlier. I track them on UPS down to the hour and make sure I am here. When you order go 2 sizes up and be choosy about what kind of material you are ordering. Most items are for small framed women in China and USA women tend to be bigger. I am going to continue to order. I am pleased! Hope this helps

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
