I ordered $100 worth of items which arrived looking like kid Halloween costumes. The quality is extremely poor. I waited 2 months and out of $100. The quality is so poor half the items I literally threw away. The remaing I figure I coukd attempt to wear as lounge wear at home. Do yourself a favor and investigate them before buying. Their customer service is also incompetent as you get no answers. I received a second package and none of the items I even ordered. I am convinced those putting good reviews may be being paid off.
I have yet to be disappointed by lovely wholesale. I have bought many items and I don't plan to stop. I have recommended this to friends and family and it's hard to beat a good deal and good quality. I have uploaded a few pictures of my recent purchases.!
They have seen the review I did on this site and have been claiming how sorry they are for the problem that I've had. I told them I need the return label to send them back their garbage and they said because I went through PayPal that I would have to continue working with them. If they stood by the crap they put out they would gladly want them back because they know another fool will take the bait.
In my next review I will put up pictures of not only our conversation but also the items.

This company is bottom of the bucket, hopefully it cant get no worst. When you send a message they only respond at an hour that they most likely know your sleeping and there is not such thing as refunds. The cost of the delivery charges are ridiculous plus you have to pay extra especially if your in Canada. There is much more I can say but its been said by many other people who have left their reviews. Im only one of over a couple hundred of reviews, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
Have been waiting since November and never received the item. I submitted ticket with paypal and it was closed i don't know why. The item was never shiped but I was charged for of course that's the first thing they do. I've been trying to get In contact with the seller and when I submit the ticket there is a "server error" how convenient. I had purchased before and never had the issue but I guess there is always a first time!
Please don't order from this company. I have waited over a month for my items and they have yet to show up. It should never take a month for items to show up when websites like shein and rainbow will ship you items in less than two weeks. Stick to websites like them and don't spend your money on lovely wholesale because they really don't care for your clothes they just want to take your money. I thought LovelyWholesale was a good vendor with good clothes until not once was twice I received damaged clothes, I have a boutique, so if I'm paying money, I'm expecting to make money in return. Lovely had sent me damaged clothes twice and basically said screw me. They did not replace them nor did they refund me. I haven't received my whole package, they gave me a bogus tracking number. Now I have to get it refunded through my bank. Horrible vendor DO NOT USE THEM!
I placed an order that was supposed to ship within 6-10 days. When I put in a ticket regarding my order, they stated that they were still getting it together. A few days later I contacted them again & they said I had a credit on their website & my order had been cancelled. I was so upset, then when I tried to redo the order with the credit it wouldn't go through. True scammers & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I guess it's true what they say, "You get what you pay for"! The only good thing is I payed through PayPal & my money will be refunded.
I ordered for a swimsuit for my girlfriend, though it took a little longer for it to be shipped to my doorstep. But when I got it, it was worth the wait. It looks exactly the way it was described on their site and I really love it.
You should never order from this site and it ahould be closed down. I recently placed an order but decided to cancel it so i contacted the merchant via "ticket" which is what they use to get in touch with them and it was cancelled. My money never showed and he said he put it on my account with them but i said no i want it back on my card. So as i continued gi try to contact him and get my money back he kept ignoring and closing my tickets.
I bought a dress and a shirt from here. Im a plus size girl (1-2x) so I wasn't sure if it would really fit, but it did. The items I ordered looked exactly like the photos. The dress is pretty sheer, but that's okay, I ordered it as a bathing suit cover up anyway. My only complaint is that the materials seem a little cheap. Other than that the clothes are nice.

I bought from lovelywholesale last month and received my clothing within a month which wasnt too bad... but as I went through my items it was extremely upsetting. The clothing looked very cheap and it was very poor quality. Most of the clothing looked nothing like the items on the site and seemed like it was made for a child. Also, one of my items had a hole in it I emailed customer service to exchange my items and they asked me to keep them and offered nothing more then a 10% discount. I was very unsatisfied and will never order from them again. IF you do choose to order clothing from this site, I suggest you only buy the cotton or spandex fabrics. Anything else will be a HUGE disappointment.

Many of y'all are absolutely right about their advertising, which I found on Facebook. They say don't trust in everything you see. But with an advertising that has several bad reviews shouldn't be in business. But now i am letting you guys know, we have wasted our moneu and they are definitely winning. I've ordered from these people before and didn't really have a problem that's why I was comfortable ordering again, this times was a nightmare first off I ordered for over 200.00 and paid for expedited shipping and of course it came in long after date it was suppose too, I ordered 10 items and got only 1 tried contacting customer service of course at no prevail sent email and got no reply from tht, then I contacted PayPal and what they are doing is sending a partial refund of 7.95$ and when they do that they know PayPal will not touch it. I had to call and raise hell with PayPal to look into this matter finally I got PayPal attention then after they began to looking then I got 1 item in and weeks later some of the other items came in and wasn't at all what I ordered here im in Feb, 2021 and this order was placed in Dec 2020 people please! Beware! Of these out of the country vendors because they will steal your money cheaper isn't always better!

I placed an order on 5/16/20
One of the items I bought was supposed to ship within 14 hours.
NOTHING was shipped until 5/24 on that day it was scanned in shanghai china and in brooklyn NY (on the same day).
It is now June 23 and my items still haven't arrived, or even been delivered to USPS to be delivered. I have sent messages, submitted tickets, and emailed. I get the same patronizing reaponse everytime. "Do not worry your item is shipping wait anither week or 2" so i do, and I email them again... same reaponse.
Now they've just stopped reaponding to my tickets. I've ordered from other China based companies (during thia pandemic!) And NEVER waited 40 days without any resolution. I just want to be refunded so I can sever all ties with this company!

I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
