I placed an order with this company November 2020. I ordered a particular black and gray sweat suit but received something totally different from the picture description of the outfit. I tried to contact the company to correct the error but they refused to assist me. I then contacted PayPal and opened a case against them. Lovely wholesale then contacted and pretended to want to resolve the issue. They told me that I would not receive my refund until I closed my PayPal case. At first I wasn't considering doing that but I was contacted on a daily basis being ensured I'd be refunded once the case was closed. So I dropped the resolution claim and now they have mysteriously disappeared again. The Chinese company behind the clothing is a shame. They want American dollars and sales but send low quality service and refuse to do right by the customer. This company is a scamming mess!

All of my items arrived after what felt like a millennium. The quality of these clothes are garbage, the material, the zippers are on the verge of breaking most likely won't last long, the insides of the pockets are stitched wrong, I normally wear xl and I ordered 3xl to be on the safe side and they're too small, I have submitted a ticket with their customer service on November 23rd asking for their return address. I have done everything they asked of me by sending pictures and descriptions and they have stopped responding to my emails. This is ridiculous and getting out of hand. Terrible company, never order from them again. I spent $150 United States dollars. Gone and wasted

In March I ordered a dress and a jacket and have not received my items yet it been 10 months no one have reached out to me or refund my money and what makes matters worst is the items was sent back to them I have proof it was sent back, but all I get is get in touch with customer service I have tried to get in with customer service but I get is get in touch with fed ex. I am so upset because I work hard for my money and you want to feel Comfortable about ordering things.so no I don't give them a good review.

I ordered from this company once b4 with no problem. So i was like I'll go for it again. I spend almost $300 and they sent my product to the wrong address. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do bc it was shipped already. They told me to contact FedEx and i did. They said that lovely would have to file the dispute. I emailed them with specifics. They lady kept going back and forth with me. She said i can not get my merch reshipped to my correct address or get my hard earned money back because it goes against company policy. Im so pissed off. They can't get away with stealing people's money.

Extremely poor quality, sizes are not true to size.

I placed an order. Within 20 minutes I requested a refund due to items being an incorrect size for a Christmas gift. I contacted these people on Every form of contact that I could find. They always say they can switch it out. They will NOT issue a refund. Even after I told them they don't even sell the correct size. HORRIBLE customer service and after u continue to ask the same thing they stop responding. Order at your own risk. This is a HORRIBLE company

I HAD PURCHASE OVER $200 WORTH OF ITEMS THAT NEVER CAME. IT WAS THE TIME COVID-19 HAD JUST STARTED. SO I TO WAIT UNTIL THINGS GOT BACK TO BUSINESS. I HAVE REACHED OUT EVERYDAY AND HAVEN'T GOT ANYWHERE WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ME A FAKE LINK THAT NEVER HAD MY TRACKING NUMBER IN IT. I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN SENT OUT IN 2 PARTIALS AND THEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT AFTER 3 WEEKS WENT BY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM SAYING MY ORDER WAS TO OLD. NOW MIND YOU THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MARCH. IM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW I DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITH NO ITEMS. DO NOT BY FROM THEM THEIR A JOKE. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL STORES OR PEOPLE IN THE USA YOU CANT TALK WITH ANYONE CAUSE THEIR FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. DO NOT I REPEAT DO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Now the clothes did not take long at all to get here, so I was happy about that because I needed my outfit before a certain day. SO... i opened the package AND the pants were supposed to be stacked and the shirt was supposed to be cropped. The shirt was cropped, the pants were NOT stacked they were just xxtra long. Me believing that the pants were supposed to be stacked because of the PICTURES they used. Now the shirt was good. Emailed lovelywholesale for refund, they won´t let you get ALL of the money back but a percentage. Personally, I wouldn´t order from here again. I WOULD say carefully order your things. The material IS cheap AND it doesn´t match the pictures. I didn´t expect the best BECAUSE it´s a low price site so... order carefully! Psa, the good reviews ARE fake.

I bought 4 outfits 2 jackets and a sweater. Everything was of poor quality and nothing fit. I order larger sizes and still nothing fit. The reviews on the actual website are fake. Not one item that I received was of good quality.
