Some pf the stuff Lovely Wholesale advertise is nice. But when u order it... it doesnt look like what u order! Its very annoying. Then u go thru a lot to send it back. Ive yet to receive a sweatsuit I'd ordered long b4 other merchandise ive already received! I think LW is messy and careless when it comes to sending ur order! Iys been going on 2months and they've yet to send me my merchandise! Ive tried sending an email... but it doesnt go thru. Ive ordered a lot from them... but never ever again!

So this is my first time ordering from lovely. I ordered in September I made an online order of 20 items... I received a email saying my item was being shipped on the 6th of October. Got a tracking number. A week after I tried to track my order it said no info I check again about 3 days after same thing. On October 20,2020 I received my package. But when I open it, I only received 10 items 10 items was missing... I reached out to lovely still no contact just 1 email that doesn't explain what happen to my missing 10 items or my refund. I reached out 2 more times and still haven't heard from anyone the same email they sent the first I received that same message. I do like the orders I did receive I wanna order more but I'm scared money don't grown on trees I work hard for my money. I just need answers on what happen to my order seems like they answer people on here so maybe I can get a quicker answer.

I'm missing one Item from my last order hopefully it will be with my next order or return my money for the Item I am missing please because it seems that I can not get anyone to reach out to me about it after it took longer than it supposed to because I paid for 10 to 15 days and it took a month for me to get my package SMH I hope my package this time does not take long again after spending over 200 on this package. I try to give you all businesses but the customer service need to be better than it is. When I reach out to you all through messaging you all would reply back with something that don't even have nothing to do with my? And that drives me crazy. I just hope I get a reply back about my item that was missing and I put in a ticket about this problem. Also I hope my order that I am waiting on do not take a month Please thank you.

Ordered 4 dresses from this website looked cute in photo but made with very cheap thin material. I could live with that for dresses to wear around the house, but one dress was sent with seams open, wrong size dress in package labeled the right size. Would not send right size, told me to fix the defective dress myself and credit $5 on their site, not back to my card. Took forever to get through to customer service to ask for help and the help was useless. Communications disappear from your account once you open them, so you have no way to follow up. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site, even though the clothes look really cute.

The picture on the website is exactly the body suit my kid wanted for a cosplay thing, and it was supposed to be made in England, for fuller-figured women.

Instead, they sent her a cheap body suit, that didn't look anything like the picture, made in China, for stick figures. It was like squeezing her into full-body Spanx. And the only way I could get the zipper (which was in the back instead of the front) to work was with the help of pliers. And then it was a matter of praying that the seams would hold and she wouldn't pass out.

The first picture is a more accurate picture of what she received. The second and third pictures are what she was supposed to have received. Very different.

If I could give them a DON'T EVER ORDER I WOULD this is the absolute worst site I have ever ordered from I mean it's horrible. I am considering taking legal action because I sent almost $1000 and I received 6 items out of 120 items. Customer won't respond or they just keep brushing me off horrible site.

I thought LovelyWholesale was a good vendor with good clothes until not once was twice I received damaged clothes, I have a boutique, so if I'm paying money, I'm expecting to make money in return. Lovely had sent me damaged clothes twice and basically said screw me. They did not replace them nor did they refund me. I haven't received my whole package, they gave me a bogus tracking number. Now I have to get it refunded through my bank. Horrible vendor DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered 7 outfits which came to about $160 and also paid extra. Extra I tell you, for faster shipping (which is about 10-15 days) They say they take at least 1-7 days alone to prepare your order (ok, cool) and then that's when shipping starts. Well It's been over 2 months and I still have not recieved anything! Also, Instead of the 1-7 days to prepare my order, it took 11 days and after that they gave me a tracking number which states "shipping label created". After two weeks of being stuck on that, I contacted the mail carrier and lovely wholesale never even gave them them items to ship off yet! Oh and did I forget to mention that the only way you can contact LW is through facebook messenger or email and they dont even respond! Well at least not to me. They're a bad business with horrible customer service! Dont waste your money! I only gave them 1 start because I cant give them a 0.

I had placed an order that took almost a month to come then on top of that I purchased 6 items and only received 4 and out of the 4 item I did get I could only fit 1. Let's just say I purchased a 3xl hooded shirt and it fit my 14 year old that weighs 130lbs. This website is crazy their sizes are wrong and you might not get your whole order, plus the clothes are made cheap
