Still haven't got my order which was ordered in april it is nearly july, contacted multiple times with no reply, Fake tracking number. Order and spend money here at your own risk, and clearly if you enjoy throwing money into someone else's pocket. Posted a bad review on their site of course they didn't post it or respond. What a joke.
I purchased three items from Lovelymojo on 12 May and received two of the items after three or so weeks. However, the third item has not arrived yet, more than three months after purchase, which is outside of their standard estimated shipping time for Australia. When I emailed about this I got a response saying that it will "surely be on its way shortly", I replied to let them know that it had been several months hence why I was concerned but I haven't gotten a response yet. The tracking number for my order doesn't work, just says "try again later" - might be because the shipping was free (according to the delivery page this can happen).
The delivery page does say in rare cases it can take up to 90 days for items to arrive (business days I assume) plus the five days for handling so I'm still holding out hope, but the lack of communication over a long delay and the fact they give you a tracking number that doesn't work is a bit frustrating :/
Their site states they dispatch their items within 3 to 5 days. After that time had elapsed I sent 2 emails asking to cancel my order and receive a refund. Surprise, surprise, no reply to either. I then receive an email a week later informing me my order had been dispatched. I once again emailed requesting my order be cancelled and refunded and once again was ignored. Now I have to wait weeks for an order, if in fact, it exists at all. Scam company.
Don't know if it's a legit site. Could find no reviews anywhere so I took a risk and ordered two on sale items. It was confusing tracking the shipments because I was brought to a few dead end pages. I can only hope my money was not wasted. The factory is in China so I already know it'll take a few more weeks for it to arrive (it's already been 3-4 weeks already). I already know I'm not going to order from them again.
I ordered and paid for a ring... Have not received the ring. They do not answer emails. The do not give money back... They give a fake phone number to their company. It is pure scam. I want to report this company for stealing my money, so I plan on going further with this other then just writing a bad review. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY
Been 2 months now, ordered a sweater that came with a free bracelet, the bracelet arrived within 5 days, the sweater is still hasnt showed up. They refuse to reply to emails, and the tracking number they sent doesnt work. These people are either just absolutely terrible, or this is a scam website that doesnt actually send your product. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SO SITE.
Not sure why the negative reviews but my experience on this site was awesome. Customer service was superb and delivery was decent.

I looked up shipping FAQ and the shortest window 10-30 days, is the USA, so why so much shipping?
