Flowers died the day after turning up. Emailed the company 3 times now and still have heard nothing from them
Ordered flowers for mum and the wife, nothing arrived and of course they are closed till Monday. Won't use again

No flowers, no response!
I'm utterly disgusted! Booked and paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for a friend's birthday on the 21st April. Order number *******( bearing in mind they were ordered on the 14th) No email to say they were ready, no corrispondance what so ever. GUESS WHAT! No flowers delivered! Have sent 2 emails and what a surprise, no response! I have asked for a refund... I think this is absolutely disgraceful! Not only have they spoilt my friends birthday, they haven't even had the decency to reply! Stay away from this company. Trading standards needs to be involved.

The order number given is for last year, october, they were delivered.
I am disgusted in this reply! You can not answer my e-mail, but you can reply to trust pilot! I have proof of purchase, online number and address where to send the flowers.
Do not purchase anything from this company! I will be contacting trading standards.
The amount of bad reviews I have read about this company is shocking! (only wish I had seen them before I had purchased)

I ordered a bouquet for my partners birthday and even paid for 50%extra flowers,
What i received can only be described as pathetic i would have been better off going to my local garage, instead I went to Asda and bought a excellent bouquet for £10.00, when i phoned them they asked me for a photo which was sent after a very short time they replied and said and I quote
The pictures you provided us with. Having shown the picture to the senior florist, he confirmed that the bouquet you've received is the correct one, there are no issues with the quality of the flowers overall and the amount of flowers is correct too.
All bouquets are inspected before being packaged, the flowers we send are all gifts packaged in cellophane/tissue and when removed from the packaging and displayed in a vase, they will look different. Then offered me 20%discount on my next order which i refused, Iam contacting visa and try and get my money back under section 75, and will also spread the word on Facebook Instagram and twitter, might also contact trading standards,
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My poor mum received a bunch a cheap horrid flowers instead of a beautiful bouquet that I chose and sent. I'm so gutted. Avoid at all costs!
My Sister was very pleased with the Bouquet I sent.

Ordered flowers for delivery on 23/12/20 and they didn't even despatch them until 17:49 on the 23rd. Useless service
Purchase this flowers on their website on Wednesday around 13:00, it was stating that will arrive on the 11th which was my sisters birthday. I received an email confirming that the flowers will arrive on the 11th.
The flowers did not arrived on the 11th, I contacted customer service they said that the flowers can take 1 - 2 days to arrive. During the process, there are no information showing to the customer that this can be an issue, if I would know that could take longer, I would not use this service. The website is misleading the customer to buy first the flowers and then if there is any delays they say it is on their terms and conditions, where i did not click in terms and conditions before purchasing flowers. Today the 12th I receive an email from Royal mail stating that the flowers will only arrive on the 13th (Saturday). As I sent the flowers to her work, no one will be there Saturday, changing the date they will only be able to deliver on a Monday the 15th. So the flowers will be from the 11th until the 15th without any fresh water, meaning they will no longer be fresh. This is very upsetting, specially when you try to call to someone and no one answers the phone, they will only deal with your enquiries via email. The service is misleading and not clear on their website. I really would like my money back. I paid for a service that I am not getting. Please reach out to me ASAP. Thank you.
Ordered flowers for my aunty, ordered April 4th, for flowers to be delivered on 9th April, arrived on 11th, 2 days late and all dead, i have sent 3 emails, phone is always engaged, same day ordered flowers for my cousin birthday which was yesterday, no flowers have arrived, and if and when flowers arrive will be dead, just like the last lot
Dont take orders if you cant deliever on time,
I will not be leaving this and i will keep trying to get a answer and a refund,

Ordered flowers, chose delivery date, heard nothing! I contacted them for an update/tracking and was given a Royal Mail tracking number. The number was invalid! Royal mail them confirmed that they had received the parcel and that the tracking number had been generated moments before my call by bot picked up, mu order wasn't arriving on time so I contacted the company at 12pm to cancel! They ignored my emails, voicemail and deleted my comments (fb shows the comments count anyway) from their FB page but I have the screenshot (as they do with any negative comments). There's even a comment asking where all the comments have gone...(which I also have a screenshot of). At 6pm last night I received a message from Royal Mail saying they had just received my parcel and it would be out for delivery the following day! Too late! This company has reviews switched off on social media, no where to cancel or speak to a person as they're not answering the calls and they are manipulating what the public see's. They are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF and I'm reporting them to Trading Standards as the way they've treated me speaks volumes about how they trade! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Ordered flowers for mother in laws birrhday. They arrived on time but flowers were dropping and 5 were dead! Worst flower company' ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID it's a con.

Put a order in on the 12/3 moms birthday was the 17/3 received them on the 19/3. Looking like the picture below, a bunch of £3 flowers that I payed £22 for. Utter rubbish, DONT BUY FROM THRM SCAMMERS
Please be aware this company can deliver your flowers up to 2 days either side of your booked date, and are very happy with 10% of all delivery's to be late. Would NOT RECOMMEND

I fell for the "order by 5:30pm 13th & receive on Valentines Day 14th" rubbish!
This is my first time ordering from these chancers!
I placed an order & at the same time had to make an account (email, password etc) & then bank details for payment.
No confirmation/welcome email came!
No confirmation email with a reference number!
No confirmation email of payment or order!
No site confirmation showing any indications that an order had even taken place!
I messaged from their only given online source, straight away.
I messaged again the following morning 14th Valentines Day (still no emails, still no reference details).
Still no reply!
I checked my bank (nothing taken as payment).
So I went out & bought personally!
6pm on the 14th Valentines Day, they decide to (ignore the two messages) but instead email me a confirmation email welcoming me & that my order has now been put together for delivery!
Oh! & now the payment has been taken!
It's now the 16th. Valentines Day has gone. The order still hasn't arrived. Two further messages still hasn't been replied to. The money is still gone from my bank!
Avoid at all costs please peeps. These sort of companies come & go as they can't meet the demands of what they are used for.
Funerals, weddings, birthdays, Xmas, Valentines, mother day, etc etc etc.
These are all one day events where companies like these need to be on the ball, & if they can't meet your demands, need to be able to respond at an instant.
They don't have the resources in place to do such. Their sole purpose is to take our money "period"

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
