Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered for my sisters birthday. Arrived nearly dead, 50% extra never. Customer service non existent, no offer of compensation. DO NOT ORDER RUBBISH!
I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mum on the Thursday before Mothers Day. I received an email confirmation that they would be delivered on the Saturday before (1 day earlier) I spoke to my mum on Mothers day and asked if she liked the flowers, to which her response was that she hadn't received any! I was absolutely dismayed and gutted that they hadn't been received.
I received a message on the Monday to advise that the flowers were delivered finally in the most sorriest of states EVER! I have photographic evidence and I was really upset that a company could be so deceiving.
Three emails later - STILL NO RESPONSE!
I completely agree this company needs to be reported and shut down instantly!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
No delivery but taken my money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Needs to be shut down! You cannot email as it comes back undeliverable! Absolute rogues to do this to people!
I ordered flowers for my Mum which turned up late plus they were dead! I have contacted the company twice for a refund and they haven't replied. AVOID AVOID!
I ordered flowers for my sisters 70th birthday arrived 2 days late and were not what I ordered, I ordered lovely bunch of gerbera and she got half dead bunch of roses, never again big con.

I paid £25 for a bunch of flowers that are not even worth 5 pound! I seen a bigger bun in asda for £10 should have just brought those!

****A FAIR REVIEW**** I have used the site before for Valentines Day 2019 and the flowers were ok, but a bit dry and died within 2 days believe. I thought I would give the company another shot for my partners birthday. -Ordered flowers 29th April and it said the earliest delivery date would be 30th, I thought I'd give the company a break by asking for the flowers for 1st May so they would have time to pack and process etc. Ordered to work for 1st so I could take them home for 2nd as have the day off and wanted partner to have them in the morning. Got the receipt email and then no further email - no tracking or anything. Tried to call numerous times and number rang off. Tried to email and all I got was the standard response saying they'd got the email. Contacted my bank on 2nd May and they understood and gave me a full and immediate refund. The only email after the receipt email was today, asking for a review. I basically advised them they are a scam and need to do their job properly. If money means something to you and you don't want to disappoint people on a special occasion, please avoid this company. I have reported them to trading standards. I would advise the owner Mr Rajinder Singh Bains to resign and dissolve the company as it clearly cannot be operated in a legal and correct fashion.
Ordered flowers for mothers day to be delivered Friday 29th... not delivered... not delivered Saturday 30th either. No deliveries on Sunday. Enjoy mothers day mummy!
I paid for a bouquet to be delivered on the 23rd December but it never arrived. I telephoned and left messages 7 times and emailed and web emailed 6 times. I received no response. I was not allowed to leave a bad review so I did some digging to find out about this sham company. The guy who owned the company Lovely Flora World is banned from having anything to do with running a company. In August 2019, the Secretary of State accepted an eight-year disqualification. Effective from Tuesday, September 3, he cannot - without the permission of the court - be involved in the formation, promotion or management of a company, directly or indirectly. He also changed the name of Lovely Flora World to FMCG PP LIMITED in September 2020. The company Delightful Flora is also trading on the internet with the same registered office as LFW, the same layout, logos and fonts and also colours but does not appear at Companies House. I am in the process of giving all the information I have to Trading Standards and also to The Insolvency Service. The owner of LFW owes £260,000 in tax and it was the reason he was banned for 8 years as set out above.
Ordered my best friend flowers for her 21st 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived and no correspondence from the company absolute joke
4 days late and looks nothing like what I ordered for my mum. Im embarrassed I brought these. Cant get in touch absolute rip off :(

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
