I always pictured my wedding dress to be simple yet elegantly cut. When I came across a particular dress on the Love Angel Dress site, it was everything I wanted in a dress. At first I was nervous about the whole concept of ordering such a special thing online, but the ever communicative and wonderful designer Luncy made the whole experience as easy as can be. All I had to do was send my measurements and whenever I had any questions Luncy seemed to always be on standby with an answer. After about two and a half months after ordering, I found my dress on my doorstep. I immeadiately noticed the thick high quality fabric of the dress when I touched it. It fits me perfectly and looks identical to the picture. I am honestly stunned. I am beyond blessed with this beautiful dress. Thank you so very much Luncy and Love Angel Dress for all of your immeadiate and positive communication with me, even when I was nervous and skeptical. This dress will be forever treasured for generations, I really mean that.

I am so thankful for Luncy! Due to Covid prom dresses were scarce or the same. I'm not big on purchasing clothing online, but I had no other choice. Luncy showed me how to measure my daughter to ensure the right size. Not to mention I did not have a lot of time to work with. The turnaround time was very quick. The dress was beautiful, well made, and the material was high quality! Thank you sooo much! I will definitely use again.

We took a risk ordering a prom dress online and it's paid off! Well made, perfect colour and so many layers. Our daughter feels like a princess and the fact it has pockets is a bonus! Thank you! Have to be honest the way it was packed to deliver concerned me but the dress made up for it.

I placed my order on March 18, and the dress was delivered to my door on April 6. Service was amazing, the dress is gorgeous, and I could not be happier.

I think many brides would agree, the idea of ordering a wedding dress online without trying it on is terrifying! Yet, here I was, looking at my dream dress ready to hit "submit order!" I read through all the reviews I could find and after emailing and corresponding with Luncy, I felt reassured to finally hit that button. The dress was ordered 2/12/21 and delivered 3/20/21. The fact that it was custom made and delivered so quickly gives me plenty of time to have some minor alterations made (I measured my bust in a bra that ultimately will not work, so it's an error on my part). Other than needing the bust taken in a bit, the dress is STUNNING! Beautiful fabric, clean stitching, and the attention to detail is spot on! I don't think I could have found this dress at such a great price anywhere else! From a prior nervous bride to another, if you are looking for your dream dress at a reasonable price from someone who pays attention to quality and detail- rest assured, you'll find it here!

Fraudulent seller, agreed to make a dress after a picture, they made a different dress, now refuse to refund.

Amazing experience. Dress was beautiful and arrived well ahead of requested date. Communication was great and owner made sure to double check colour and all measurements. I received a response back within one day latest to all my questions. I highly recommend this business!

I heard about this business from an online friend and saw how gorgeous her dress was, so I felt pretty comfortable ordering my wedding dress from here. I was still a little worried it wouldn't turn out right or I shouldn't buy a dress I can't try on. Well, I just got my dress in the mail & it's GORGEOUS! I mean, this is the kind of dress I wanted but couldn't afford for such a great price! They were responsive & even fixed the neckline for me because I wanted it a little lower with no extra cost! I would 100% recommend this place!

I highly recommend this store! I purchased my dress and customized specific things. They did exactly what I asked them too. Luncy was super friendly and helpful. The quality of the dress is more than I could have imagined. It's so gorgeous and the detailing is amazing! So very thankful I ordered from loveangeldress rather than going in and spending a thousand or more on my dress. I was nervous to order something so special online but I do not regret it. It's more perfect than I could have imagined!

Luncy asked me to write a review after I sent a thank you email, but the content of this review will in no way change as a result. Even in the midst of COVID, they were so helpful and did exactly what I asked. I changed a number of details on the dress and they came out perfectly, the measurements (taken according to the directions on their website) were perfect, and the dress came before I expected! DHL shipping doesn't update the tracking very well, but all went fine. I was very skeptical and nervous about ordering my dress online, but they were patient with me and assured me that all would be well anytime I had a question. I read the return and shipping policies carefully before ordering and will be referring to the care instructions now that my wedding dress is here. The material is good quality and the stitching is tight. They are based in Australia, but outsource some production to areas of Asia and Europe.
I was unable to contact them via the portal on the website, but did send emails back and forth before ordering. The dress is as pictured and they imitated other pictures I sent for modifications perfectly. The train is removable and there is a zipper under false buttons for style without hassle. They were honest when I mentioned adding pockets and they told me it wouldn't work with the fabric. They made changes even up to very late in production. Haven't worn it for the wedding yet, but there is no itching as far as I can tell and I am very satisfied.
For a purchase as big and important as a wedding dress, I highly recommend LoveAngelDress because the work is well-done and the dress is tailor made, so no alterations necessary, in most cases.

I ordered this dress for my wedding and it's absolutely gorgeous! Lovely material (pure ivory silk), amazing design and fits perfectly - even though now I've lost some weight so a tailor is resizing the upper body which is by the way easy to do, the tailor said. Overall I highly recommend, as the dress is exactly as the picture and arrived earlier than expected. With the rush order, it took 5 weeks in total to arrive door to door. I'm so happy and can't wait to get married in this fab dress!

I have never purchased a wedding dress before but knew when I started planning my wedding that they were so expensive. I started looking online for a less expensive alternative and came upon loveangeldress. I was very unsure even though I had read positive reviews but they had the exact dress I wanted and I decided to order anyway. I am beyond happy that I ordered from them. From the beginning, the seamstress was great about communicating with me and helped me so much in me sending her my measurements. She even sent me pictures with instructions on how to measure properly. I received the dress today in the timeframe they promised and could not be happier. The quality of the material is the same as a wedding gown in a bridal store and is absolutely stunning. The fit is perfect, it was as if I was there being measured in person! Customer service was incredible and the quality of the work and the precision of the fit are amazing! Would definitely order from here again!
