I was sent an email saying they were ready to ship on 12/13/16 and nothing has arrived at my house. It seems like I'm not the only one having issues with your company. Stop sending me emails for deals on your leggings when you can't even send me my first order. I, along with many others am very upset with your service and your lack of handling situations like this. So at this point I think your company is just a thief! Hello,
Placed an order on November 28, today is February 5th and I still have not received my order or any notice when to expect it. Was prompted by their very energetic email campaign to leave a review so hopefully this will help get an answer as to when to expect the leggings I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. They did respond with to a couple of my emails but have not responded to the last ones I have sent. Last one they said I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was over a week ago! Do not see myself as a return customer--sad because my daughter really liked quite a few of their patterns.
My order number is *******. Please let me know when I can expect my order to ship. I also would like the tracking number. I have sent other emails and left another review on Site Jabber where I was told my order would be looked into. I have yet to receive any notice from your company.
I see a number of positive reviews and that is why I placed my order but having to wait over 2 months with no response or tracking information is unacceptable.
I will continue to leave negative reviews if that is what it takes to get a response, a refund or my shipment!

I placed an order of over $120.00 on November 24,2016. I have not received my products nor the refund that I finally requested after waiting for my order to be re-sent. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service and haven't had a reply back in weeks.

Hey Mr Wan O, you keep asking people to respond with their order number. Mine is ORDER #*******. I received an email on 12/18/16 say my order is on the way. There is no Tracking number which means it's not on the way. It's now 1/16/17 and it's still not here!. It's a scam!
I got two pairs of leggings from Lotus Leggings. Pegasus ones and the Once Upon a Time ones. The only drawback was the time it takes to get the leggings BUT it does say on their website that it takes awhile to get your order. So if you read their website, then you should know that.
I got my order and they fit WONDERFULLY! I LOVE them. The print is awesome. They quality is pretty decent. I was impressed. For the price, I was pretty impressed. If you are willing to wait the time it takes for them to ship, I say totally order from here. I'm glad I did and would totally order again!

I live in leggings and recently saw lotus leggings and i will not wear anything else! The designs they carry are different then most leggings. They are so comfortable i have pairs strictly for bed! They have so many designs you can wear them for any occasion and with anything! I recommend them to everyone!

I am still waiting for an order I placed on 12/2/16. Today is 1/5/17. I have contacted them several times by email for tracking info but never received an answer! Very frustrating. I will never order from them again. And what business doesn't have a phone number. This is a crying shame. At this point I don't care how nice those leggings are they are going back. I want my money back.
I ordered on November 27th, they delivered my goods on December 22 to an address in Portland Oregon according to the USPS, even though my billing and shipping address are the same and in California. I have inquired via email and it's as if they don't speak English because they do not respond to the specific questions you pose to them, instead they just told me my stuff was delivered on such and such date to Portland Oregon, but they don't address the question as to how the hell it got sent to an unknown address? They have avoided my questions, and are not even responding to my request for a full refund, even though the error is on them. There is no customer service phone number for this company, all communications are through email, and they don't respond to specifics. Buyer beware, especially since other reveiwers speak on the poor quality of the product, it's not even worth this much trouble...
I posted a review on this site for lotus leggings because they promised a $50 gift card for me to leave a detailed review of them on three sites. This was advertised in December. As you can see we are now in April. I contacted them several times and was ignored. I even wrote amletter to their headquarters with print outs of the reviews done. And still nothing. They trick their customers into promoting them with fake incentives! Do not trust company. All about promoting themselves and their leggings aren't that comfortable. Pretty tight and not size accurate. Stay away!

BUYERS BEWARE! Don't order from this company because you will never get your items! Placed and order on Black Friday and still have yet to get it. Checked the tracking information and it says my order was delivered to not only the wrong address but the wrong Country. Customer service has either ignored or given me cop out responses to my concerns about not getting what I have paid for. It's gone on so long I am now going to have to dispute the charges with my bank since I have yet to receive me order. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this company unless you want to be disappointed and at a loss.
Still waiting for my leggings. I've asked for a refund, but they won't respond to me.
Items took awhile to get delivered. When they did, they give you less than a week to return for refund. The material is very poor quality, one of the leggings were already destroyed after a day of wearing around the house. The stitching of the leggings are already coming apart; they are so thin they cannot withstand any cold weather. I ordered a bathing suit but it didn't get delivered. I had to contact the company for them to refund me for half the price of the item. And when I wrote to let them know how unsatisfied I was with their service, their response was that they had delivered all I had ordered. Will NEVER buy from them again.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
