I ordered 3 Label M products and none of them are the real thing. I usually buy directly from my hairdresser so i know the quality, smell & end result. These are not the same. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
Ordered some make-up, got an email saying item had despatched. Three days later, item still hadn't arrived. Spoke to customer services who said it was on its way but could take upto 14 days to arrive. Nowhere does it say delivery could take that long - had I known I would have ordered elsewhere. Ridiculous.
I was reluctant to order with all of the bad reviews, but I took the plunge anyways. I got my order shipped within a week and a half, to Canada. It was Bourjois foundation at the correct colour arrived with no issues, so obviously the place is legit. Don't worry about the "scam reviews" Most likely they are an issue with the mailing service and not the actual retailer.
Don't even think of ordering anything from them I got a bottle of serum half empty and had to fight for a week to send it back. 13 times filling out their online forms which don't work. You get emails from people that are "no-replies" meaning that you have to go to their website to reply to them and then the new person know nothing
To add insult to injury, you have to pay to return items that are faulty.
I have to admit that I'm drawn to their site because I want to save money. It turns out to be a mistake as the products I received are fake. The olaplex serum oil I just got comparing to the current one I got from hair salon is different. Remember to do your research and always buy from official site or authorized reseller.
Absolutely agree with most of reviews! Scam awful company! Misleading shady dishonest horrible customer service! I would recomend to stay away as its west of time any way! They send promotions to email you buy thing then they would just cancel by telling it's not in stock! However, it's still on website! After millions calls to useless customer service they would tell you there was pricing error you not gonna get your items! As I send west of people time! Plus very very dishonest and shady!
I subscribed to their beauty box and didn't receive one box.
Contacted them via twitter, got a standard response to message them the details so they can look further, which i did and got no reply ever since, so i don't really know if they actually send it, or was sent but got lost due to NO tracking number.
Trying to unsubscribe now, but there is no one that cares about it since i am getting no reply whatsoever.
I am aware though that the real value of a box with 4-5 samples is not 50£ as they say since you can buy samples in a bulk with just a few cents, but the whole idea of receiving a gift from yourself appealed to me.
The customer service is incompetent if existing and that should be fixed, if not the Cust service then the owners way of thinking, which is mainly profit focused and not customer satisfaction.

I just received a foot spa that I ordered and it is used. Firstly it is very unhygienic to be using a foot spa that someone else has already used and secondly if I wanted a second hand item, I would have purchased it from eBay or gumtree.
This site is a scam! They sent the first few orders that I had with them, then the last two orders haven't arrived and they refuse to refund me. They claimed to re-send the products which also never arrived. I've been trying to resolve the issue for 6 months now! This site is a scam, don't buy from them! They take your money and don't send the products!
I never got my order. Fastway never even attempt to deliver. I contacted the customer service which is horrific and useless to deal with. I have been trying to resolve this a week now but nothing so far. This company is a waste of money and your time. Use some other company with trustworthy delivery service! I will honestly never use this company again.
I renewed my subscription following their emailed instructions and they promptly issued a box to me, a duplicate of the one I had under my expired subscription. After a lot of exchanging emails they a agreed to take it back and refund me. They also sent me a returns"free" postage form. This was not free as I discovered when I went to the post office. After a weel I asked if it had been received and I have an email confirming this. I am still waiting for my refund and have subsequently received another message saying they will refund when they have confirmation that they have it? It appears that customer service should be renamed "lack of customer service. Pull your finger out LF and repay me.
I ordered a dermalogica package from lookfantastic and they arrived unsealed, I also got irritations on my skin shortly after I started using them. I have written to them 2 weeks ago but no response yet. They also did not send any free gift that they offered. Save yourself the headache and do not but from this website!
This is the most horrific company I have ever encountered. They took 3 attempts to get a bottle of shampoo to me! I then received two items I've never ordered which they charged me for, despite reassuring me I hadn't been charged, when I brought it to their attention. No refund given. Liars and thieves. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Awfull services. They boast they offer free shipping to Eu countries which is totally a lie. I don't know how is possible to write down this fact and when I have tried to place an order to Romania I had to pay 8.99 Pounds for transport. The help desk people are totally unfriendly and don't offer any explanation for nothing you ask. Beware!
Warning to people, make sure you follow up with your bank to get a refund. You can contest it and raise a credit card payment dispute, as long as you provide evidence that you attempted to contact look fantastic for a refund. I can't believe such a company doesn't have something as simple as cancel order button even minutes after a purchase. Despicable cash grabbers, obviously trying to get more cash during a pandemic and playing with peoples right to a refund.
However tempting it may be DO NOT fall for their subscription nonsense. I've cancelled my subscription 2/3 months ago and I'm still paying for it. Who knew 3 months subscription after a year of using the service means you get to pay for 3 extra months after you cancel it. Do not recommend unless you want some extra headaches….
Ordered a product from their Canadian site (.ca) and the item they sent me had a UK voltage plug. A total lack of common sense on their part - and it wasn't clear at all that the item was coming from the UK. When I contacted customer service I don't even think they understood the issue. They just sent me a return form, but wanted me to pay for the return from Canada to the UK (more expensive than the product itself, basically). Stay away at all costs - total scam of a company.
Made my first online purchase. Put in my friend's code, but wasn't sure it appeared when I checked out. I trusted that it did, and made my purchase. Contacted cust svc immediately to confirm, and told them I would cancel if the code was not in properly.
I chased customer service for close to two weeks, and they finally told me "As you have not entered your friends referral code in the discount code box which is located before check out, you did not get the £10 off. I apologise that you were not aware of this.If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help."

Went online after ordering large bottle of expensive shampoo from look fantastic to complain about lack of response from them after I emailed customer service to tell them the bottle had leaked so meant I lost some of the contents and that a mess had been made on my jumper due to the leak.No response from them even after chasing up. After reading other reviews I realise I am lucky in that at least I actually got my order. I will never order anything from them again.
These are big-time scammers. I am very surprised that Lisa Eldridge gives a link to their website to buy products that she recommends... I thought i could trust her. They lure you with "free gifts" and once the order is dispatched they say that they coulnd't provide the gift. So you can't cancel the order. I wish someone sued them...
