Do not order from here. They promised tracked delivery within 3-5 days if a certain min. Order threshold is met, however it's an outright lie and the parcel is completely untracked and late, and customer service will refused to deal with it and say just to wait as they have no idea where it is. Completely unprofessional, lure you in with discounts vs. other reputable e-commerce sites.

Do not believe the "usually dispatched in 25 hours" language on their website. "Free gift" with my purchase was mailed within about a day but not the actual products/gifts I ordered. When I then tried to cancel, they first said they would call the warehouse and immediately have them ship. But when I stated it was too late and I wanted to cancel, they said they could not do that because the order was already "processing" at the warehouse. The supervising Phone operator hung up on me. I wish I had seen all the awful reviews here before I ordered from them. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered an item on 4/17/2020 and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days with my order confirmation. Here we are on 6/2/2020 and nothing. In addition to which every time I contact their customer service they keep asking to confirm my shipping address which I have done 3 times now along with my order number. The item has NEVER been delivered and I am asking for a refund! If you don't want to get ripped off and never receive your merchandise order from these folks. You can't get anyone to answer their calls *******497 which is supposedly in California USA but really at 1:31 PM PCT no one answers? I can't even handle how mad I am at this company. Be smart and know who you are ordering from. Its coming from the UK, OH MY!

Ordered Dr Murad Eye cream, received my order within the specified time. My worry is that this cream is a fake after reading some of the reviews on here. I'm kicking myself that I didn't purchase it from a reputable store as I would have paid the same price for it. They lure you in with free gifts... in my case it was a 'beauty box with contents worth over 70euro'. In that box there was a hair brush, lip serum, eye liner & a moisturiser! Will not be using the site again.

They sent my order to the wrong address and refuse to either refund me or send another order. I should have checked for reviews first. That was my fault. They are the worst though. I think they did it on purpose and aren't shipping the items to people. This company should be put out of business and sued. I'm waiting to file a claim with paypal. I've spoken with LOOK FANTASTIC 3 times already through email and PayPal. Hopefully ordering through PayPal is protection.

Buyers, beware!
I purchase most items online with little difficulty.
When purchasing a pair of tweezers, I was told they would be delivered in 3-6 days.
When this didn't arrive after a couple of weeks, I tried contacting customer service.
Guess what? They purposely have a number that is not reachable. The recording is always
The same.
I finally was able to text someone online about needing my order prior to a trip and they told
Me this wouldn't be delivered for another couple of weeks.

Basically, the CEO of this company is playing around with everyone's money.
If you're not in a hurry for an item then you will be okay with this company.

I find there values unethical.

Horrible. This company is a scam. Sends you faulty products, and when you've returned them, leaves you hanging with your refund. You literally have to beg to even be given updates. Avoid at all costs.

For the record, was given the round around and ended up conversing with different reps namely Mica, Ciara, Brad and Jennifer, and none were actually helpful. Also, please note this company likes to disguise itself as being based in a certain country (SG, IN etc.) but it's actually based in UK. Again, avoid at all costs

Dont order from them! The customer service is useless. I have made an order 3months ago but never received it. I have been sending them messages every week and the only answer they come back with « sorry we did not get any update from the courrier ». In addition they keep ignoring my reimbursement request.

I am not sure if it's LF or the courier they chose, but the service provided was shocking. My first and obviously last order with LookFantastic - not a small order but paid for next day delivery and almost 2 weeks later, still no package. Ended up cancelling the order and asking for a refund after speaking to their customer service at least once/day everyday. Out of the 10 or so individuals I spoke to (on the phone & live chat), only 2 actually followed up with the information they said they will provide. They are nice/polite on the phone but pretty useless at actually addressing problems. Will not use again.

I have been buying my hair serum from here for years on a regular basis with no problem. I recently received a damaged product from them, the top of the pump had been broken off entirely and it looks as though this happened in the packing department. When I contacted lookfantastic about this issue, they sent me an automatic and robotic reply with returns details, no sorry, no explanation as to why this had occurred. When I questioned them about this by submitting another query they then responded with a standard reply. I won't be using this company again.

I made an order for the wrong item by mistake, and put through a cancellation request within minutes, before purchasing the correct item that I wanted in the first place. Request was denied, because they just will NOT lift a finger to provide any help to their customer. Instead, they let the order go through the slowest mail delivery with no tracking, and after several return requests they sent through a return form marking the item as "unwanted" by me, denying any responsibility so they can avoid paying return postage. Lamest excuse for poor customer service EVER.

Poor delivery (2 months!) and packaging. Item (micellar water) arrived in empty bottle! Very disappointing.

Ordered on 26/6/19, arrived on 21/8/19, almost 2 months later. 1st delivery did not reach me; had to contact customer service and was asked to wait till 30/7/19 because delivery generally takes 30 days. Then on 30/7/19 contacted them again as still have not received my items. Requested for a re-delivery and waited till 21/8/19 to get the products, but this micellar water arrived in an empty bottle and the cap broken, very poor packaging and seemingly no heart to do business. Had to contact customer service again to ask for refund.

And this is not my first time ordering and having the same delivery issues. Had the same problem with previous orders where the 1st delivery failed to reach me and i had to keep contacting customer service and had to wait 2 months. Thought that you might improve but obviously you did not. Will not be ordering anymore.

I placed an order for three items, I had a reaction to one item and that was refunded. The other two items I returned and only one was refunded. I have been going around in circles, being told they would do an investigation on the 26th January, no update a week later. I chased this and was going around in circles with customer service clearly not reading my emails, I have sent the receipt about 4 times, along with being told they will do an investigation 3 times.

Now nearly three weeks later, going around in circles with the same poor replies. Asked to speak to a manager and got a useless manager saying oh I can see you are talking to customer services, I will close this chat. The whole point is they are of no use. They are embarrassing.

This is a joke, I want a refund and I want to take this further now. I will never order from them again.

I made my order on 11th January on lookfantastic.com. Nothing was delivered. I spent £179.97 and still didn't get my order. The support team kept pushing back the delivery date. The previous week I asked for the refund. They told me that it will be done in 3-5 working days. Still didn't get it. Looks like this website is a scam. Do not recommend to use it.
