A response after requesting for a months to cancel and refund - please note, they will try to cancel and then I need to contact them for refund.

Here is the response from Lookfantastic - notice they will try and cancel a replacement when the original was never shipped and it is my responsibility to ask for a refund! I think their vendors need to know.

I have pre-ordered the $200 advent calendar in early September, they claimed it's going to be released at 1st of October. Late October, they sent me an email, saying it's going to be dispatched by end of October! It's mid November now and my order status still showing awaiting stock! I have communicated multiple times with customer service, all they are giving me is an apology and assurance that the team is working hard to …! At this point I have been trying to cancel the order but they are not canceling it either! This has been a nightmare experience. Extremely disappointed!

My girlfriend and I bought their advent calendars and its been almost 2 months and we never got it. NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM THEIR TRASH COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered some makeup from here about a month ago - it came in 1 day so i was happy with that.
However, 2 of the products I had ordered were missing. I thought they might come in a separate package but they did not. I contacted customer service who said they would process a refund for me but the refund kept getting rejected. I have just now received another email from them saying 'they have CCTV of the worker packing the items into the parcel and have closed down my account'. So now I'm having to pay £60 for 2 things I didnt even receive. Ridiculous. Do not waste your money at this company.

They indicated the wrong receiver in the shipping documents (proof provided to them) thus the package cannot go through customs clearance. I requested to address the issue with couriers (supported with a photo of my ID as requested). Today I sent the fourth message to the Customer Support team yet keep receiving the same mindless automated messages back 'advising me' on the consequences of failing to take action. Seriously!?

They use the WORST CARRIER in the UK. EVRI, which is beyond unreliable. So packages do not arrive, no attempts etc. Im no longer shopping with Look Fantastic due to their use of Evri. They also REFUSE to refund purchase i never got

I placed an order on Sept. 9/22 and received shipping notices within a few days. Now it's Oct. 24/22 and nothing. Tracking shows 1 of 3 packages were destroyed by UK customs for containing prohibited materials. I sent multiple screenshots of the tracking to customer service as they were arguing that the items were still in transit and ever since I've only gotten computer-generated responses about how sorry they are and if they can help, I can feel free to contact them again.
They said they would refund my card several times and have not. "Our finance team is looking into this" is the vague, repetitive reply.
All I can warn is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the frustration of getting ripped off.

Been waiting 13 working days for items to arrive. They only have a messenger service to contact this company…replies take hours. Provided all the details multiple times. Repeatedly fobbed off. They will just waste your time. AVOID

NEVER SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of purchasing an Elvie breast pump from lookfantastic and they sent me a defective item where one of the pumps was not working. When I asked Elvie to replace the item covered under their two year warranty, I was told the product I was sent was old stock from 2019 (identified by serial number) and was no longer covered under the warranty. LOOKFANTASTIC FRAUDULENTLY UNLOADED OLD STOCK ON ME THAT WAS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. They then promised that they would cover my shipping fees in their entirety to send their defective item back to them from Canada to the UK and guess what? When I enquired about why they had not done so, they said THAT THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE THE FEES I INCURRED TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK. They have had this expensive item in their possession for 9 business days and have still not refunded my money, violating their own return policy. USE THIS AS A CAUTIONARY TALE AND SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Terrible terrible terrible company and customer service. I ordered hair products on July 9. I contacted them 3 weeks later because it had not arrived but they said they can't open an "enquiry" until 30 days have passed. I contacted them after 30 days and requested a refund because my order clearly was lost or something and they said they would do that. I have not gotten my refund. It's now Aug 31 and I have contacted them 7 times already and each time they have an excuse for why my refund did it go through. First time they claimed my credit card rejected the refund ( ya right. That's impossible), the second time they claimed that they refunded my PayPal account ( they did not), and now they are telling me it's been refunded to my " payment portal". Whatever that means. These people are crooks. It's a scam. Do not buy from them.

It's a great box but a total SCAM as it is near impossible to get out of. The subscription auto renews without notifying you and then even when you cancel it they continue to take your money. BUYER BEWARE

Lookfantastic website was easy to navigate with lots of coupon code and attractive savings. Do not be fooled.

1. Estimated delivery date was 15 to 18 Aug, it's 25 Aug and I have not received anything
2. The tracking number they provided says Courier has received the order information, but not the item. (See photo)
3. Customer service claims it has been dispatched since 11 Aug.
4. Customer service then claims that it is an international shipment and it takes 30 days to ship. Why did they provide a misleading delivery date?
5. They say they will put up a request and update me on the status, a boilerplate reply.
6. This is the slowest INTERNATIONAL delivery I have experienced.
7. I wished I read reviews online for other regions in the world. The reviews about home country site was pretty good, it could be fake reviews.

Do not buy from these people they sell awful products that don't work and won't refund! 46 pound on a shampoo and conditioner which left my hair in an awful state after 2 uses!

I was warned about this company but I didn't listen.In June I was supposed to have my subscription on pause for 2 months, but then 5 weeks into it I received an email that they are getting my order ready, I contacted them to tell them I was on a pause but nothing was done about it, so I asked them to cancel my subscription, I took my bank details off my account but then 4th August I received another email to say getting my order ready. I contacted them straight away before the order was sent, but they will not admit its there mistake and keep asking me if I would like to cancel my subscription, I told them it was cancelled in June. They will not admit there mistake. I believe they work off commission. So I tell you again. Please do not even consider going with this company. I have added a screenshot of the proof of Callum saying it will take 3-5 days to come of my account that was in June.

I ordered a few items, one of them was missing, I wrote customer service and they kept telling me they will send me a voucher. Although I wrote them many times, the voucher was never received.

Do NOT buy from LOOKFANTASTIC. Terrible customer service and when I received an empty box, trying a refund now is ridiculous. Delay tactics have been giving me the runaround. This company is a SCAM.
