I tried LookByFare for the first time and booked an awesomely priced trip to Vegas for four with a a great airline Southwest.
I didn't confirm, so I didn't secure my ticket. Thank goodness Custer service called ME! He worked hard and got me a better flight at the same price! When does this kind of customer service happen anymore? Thank you thank you thank you!
Cancellation within 24 hrs should be FREE of CHARGE like the rest of the companies.

Booked a flight at 10am, received a confirmation and reference number only to be emailed 8 hours later saying there had been a fare issue. Ended up paying double what I initially thought I was paying.
Was able to get a last-minute flight over the holiday weekend. I was very surprised and very thankful

Made our reservations, got confirmation and precise details. Received a phone call after payment was received and was told we needed to pay 200 more dollars.

Every instance, I've had with this service the individuals who call are rude. It's unsettling. My experience was that the plane ride I booked wasn't offered at that price anymore and they needed to offer me different ticket. Fine right. No the customer agent was over explaining the situation and didn't give any major details of what they needed me to do. I had to drag it out of them. I had to ask him the price difference, confirming the airline, seat choice, time of flight. Basic things he should've given forthright. And as he was walking around the key points, he was giving me attitude as if it was my fault the ticket wasn't available anymore. He started to make up things about my bank, my finances, and how i booked the reservation that just weren't true. It was a horrible experience and now the third version of this sort of inability to take accountability.
