Someone called me to tell me my flight couldn't be confirmed even though i got a conformation. Then tried to get my to change my flight and my baggage choice. I asked to speak with someone else and he wouldn't let me. I couldn't understand him on the phone and he refused to listen to anything I had to say. This will be my last time booking with your company.

Pretty easy and clear but not clear about the payment for a checked in bag. Only understood this after speaking with the agent who called me.
Payed for my ticket then got a call after saying oh by the way what you payed was not the full ticket price we have to charge you a extra hundred bucks for additional fees. I kinda thought that was a little underhanded. Thanks for your service.

Very good service and prices were really good compare to others that I have looked at
I received a call about 10 min after I booked online from a representative with additional costs not listed online. The additional costs started >$100. It was unclear what these charges were for and when asked they just repeated the name of the costs with no explanation. I felt I was being scammed during the conversation because of the vague verbiage. It would have been easier to pay the additional $20-30 dollars and book with the airline.
