**BEWARE** Horrible people! If you decide not to go with them or don't like their design they will stalk you, harass you, call you from a bunch of different numbers. In the middle of filling out a restrainng order and contacting BBB

I decided to work with this company in January '24. I didn't like the designs they created for me so we tried to work together to make a custom design. One was created and revised and I still didn't like it. They told me this design was not part of the package I purchased so I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't refund my money so I told them no problem, keep the money but we will no longer be working with them. That was in April. Since then they have emailed multiple times and called from many different numbers. Most of these numbers are blocked or spam. Today I decided to answer and when I heard who it was I hung up. I recieved multiple texts saying that they won't stop calling me. I asked them to leave me alone because I no longer want their services. The person texting me became very sarcastic and kept texting and calling even after I told him my lawyer would be contacting him. I told him I would be sending a cease and desist and he said I am very funny. This is not how business should be conducted. You don't harass your clients. Stay away from this company.

I started a live chat with the support team of Logo Jeez because I know nothing about how to start off with my new website and logo. I briefed them about the nature of my business and told them my requirements with some reference links.

After 2 days, I was impressed to see what they came up with. I wanted to change few things in header and my account manager came up with a quick response. Very cooperative, well-mannered and professional team.

If you type logo design on the web you're going to get flooded with these cheap $39 logo designs. This company is part of a string of self-proclaimed design companies who really will steal your money, provide you cramp work and try to upsell you With every conversation you have. They, combined with their billing company logo design café has kept $700 of mine and refused to return it. Made complaint with the BBB and numerous organizations and attempt to put these people out of business. They are 100% certified crooks!

Well it started out great. I hired them to revamp my old website. I sent them all the information they needed then took them about 3 days to get a draft website with pages for me to look at. That was good then I sent and email with changes I wanted to be made and said that it would be 48 hrs. Great... 4 hrs. Turned in to 36 hrs. Then turned into over 96 hrs. Finally got chatted with a manager and he had it up and going after another 48 hrs... then I got a new person that works on my website since the first person was not staying on his deadline he gave me. I sent in my next round of changes for a live site to the new person and manager. In that email I asked for her to email me back when I should expect this to be done by. In my mind 4 days is a good time frame. 4 days pass not a reply to my email. So I chatted to see about the time line they said all changes will be made by Fri. So 4 more days... end of day on Fri after 6pm not all changes were made. The ones that were look like crap I mean really bad and not professional at all. I am not happy at all... so I have been chatting with them tonight over 2 hrs. Getting disconnected 3 times now cant get any replay... stay away wish I would have just been a huge headache...

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They offer a fair deal at first and after you pay and are committed they come up with scams to charge you more money and force you to move to their network that is difficult to use. On top of that it takes them months to finish, you will do all the work, and it's consuming. And they can't be trusted with your personal information they will sign into your email and not sign out and go through your stuff. Worst business to deal with when your trying to do something positive you got company's like them who want to rob everything you have before you can get started. After i finally got my website and could cut ties with them they would email me saying "a new customer has started a business with the same business name as you and are looking to move forward with a trademark license and your a valued customer and want to give you the opportunity to make the first move" these people really think people are stupid and try to scam you and put you out of business.
