The people who decided to develop such a "learning website" are stupid. They should have stuck to making workbooks for students. The sheer amount of repetitiveness is enough to send one into a depression. They dont even attempt to make it engaging and it is absolute $#*!ing hell. Torture even. $#*! you iReady.

Its really Frustrating to see that schools still use this program even though its rated 1 star and gives children anxiety. I am a 1st grade teacher and although our school did enforce it I let the students skip the lessons and would just mark them as done because of how stupid the lessons are. But later on showed the school board the dangers and they uninforced it and gave it as an option for who (students) wants to do it. Really would NOT Recommend.

I ready sucks.
January 12, 2023

I ready is so overrrated. You go to bed crying at night and you cant sleep because that annoying british voice is still ringing in your ear. It makes your whole life miserable and you get extra depressed. It does not help you learn ANYTHING and so they say it does. I have to do 12 per 2 weeks and my brain died the other day from it.
So now i pretty much dont have a life because i ready exists. So children, when you first hear the word " I ready" You need to run for your life and never come back cuz you wont have one anymore if you click that login button.

For context, I am an 8th grader so this review may not apply to others. Personally, I find it very useless. This program is very discouraging. For example, when you fail a quiz but you now understand, you have to take the entire lesson again. The diagnostic seems to grade only what is wrong, and the characters are unnecessary after elementary. From my experience, the lessons rarely teach what appears on the quiz. While I believe this program has potential, right now it only helps struggling students.

Its FanTastic
November 3, 2022

Iready. A simple math website that made my heart blossom. For 11 years my life has been spent with emptiness in my existence until I found this website. For the first time in my life, a smile spread over my amalgamation of plasma and skin that I call, "my face." This website has absolutely the best spelling and grammar ever. I especially love how they spelled the word cat as "kat". Truly a masterpiece of coding. All of my classmates are so excited to use it that they scream and plunge their eyes out of their head when they get the chance to. They love getting 45 minutes a week done so much that they scream and yell with excitement!
They just explain their math problems so effortlessly and awesomely! I love how they made me do the same question over again 5 times. People have reported that they want to commit suicide after using this website, but they're lying. What a great website! Thank you, Rob Waldon!

I am a student
Without a shadow off a doubt I-ready is the worst learning website off all time. The website barely gives any incite on what your supposed to do and if you get the same answer that i ready gets they will count it $#*! wrong. But the diagnostics are the most atrocious thing this site has to offer, for starters the site try's to give you questions that are right for you but gives you an 9th grade question when your a 5th grader. Over all -99/100, you are better off doing something on khan academy instead

F*ck you, curriculum associates. I hope you fall into a trench and die. Your website is the absolute worst piece of sh*t i've ever experienced. It is nothing but a tool of TORTURE. Your excruciatingly long diagnostics and disgustingly shi**y lessons teach me nothing, and the only thing i accomplish is successfully gaslighting myself into throwing myself off a cliff whilst eating a tortilla chip vertically. Stop abusing kids and gaslight yourself into pregnancy now

This is a mess.

According to the original inventor of Standardized testing, "These tests are too crude to be used and should be abandoned." I'd like to inform I-ready and its creators that taking standardized testing and putting it online doesn't change the fact that it's insulting you claim it to be helpful for learning.

Reading I-Ready is actually enjoyable to me. The Math ruins everything. The Reading I-Ready continues to provide new and mostly interesting lessons that I and most people I know can pass fairly easily and quickly. The Math lessons are absolutely mind-numbing. It teaches you basically nothing, and takes a half an hour at MINIMUM to walk you through basic steps like addition and Multiplication. It quite literally explains how to add 3+2 when you answer wrong, and adds so much more time to the lesson. My school requires at LEAST 45 minutes a week on both, as well as two lessons EACH. I find this really frustrating, as the math takes way too long and is way too repetitive, and the reading lessons take around 3 minutes for me. Very unbalanced, but a gold star for (somewhat) effort on the reading end.

I-ready is supposed to be a "fun" way for kids to learn reading and math in school but 2 things, it is more boring than watching a clock move and it just teaches kids stuff they already know. Please make a end to all of this.

I-Ready takes forever to load and doesn't give you any lessons that are fun or keep you interested in the material. The diagnostic is a boring and long experience and only has a few breaks with the same exact game each time. It seems fun and interactive but it honestly is the most boring thing that I've ever done. It makes me hate school more than I already do and that is a hard thing to do. Take it from someone who has had to suffer through it. DON'T GET I-READY.

So I'm a 6th grader currently taking the diagnostic and it sucks. It has glitches and lag and everything. And then I hop onto the lessons, and I'm all, "Why did I even listen to my teachers and do this crap?" Just don't do it. Teachers say it's fun and everything but it just sucks.

I-Ready Is Boring
December 17, 2021

I-Ready is boring for mist students, especially older students. The animations get to look like some younger kids' TV Show. Also, it can also be tiring and feels more like a chore more than an activity when you need to do it for homework. Schools, I recommend NOT to use I-Ready in your curriculum.

*******000x worse than taking a test.
Teacher 1: How are we going to torture some kids today?
Teacher 2: I-Ready!
Student 1: *shoots himself*
Student 2: *Breaks his computer*
Teacher 1 and 2: Isn't learning fun?
Students 3, 4, 5 *Blow their heads off*
Principal 1: Look what you made them do

Very unsatisfying.
April 28, 2022

I don't like this platform because whenever you fail, you have to do the whole damn thing over again. I generally dislike the platform and is just as bad as IXL. Because You have to complete 3 lessons to get a 30-second break, that's just stupid.

I-ready sucks!
March 29, 2023

I-ready is so overrated! I am in sixth grade and it always goes way ahead of what I am doing in class. Whenever I say the right answer, it says I am wrong and then shows the exact answer I just typed in. Also, that british voice is a nightmare.

WHAT EVEN IS THIS?
