I was defrauded out of $198.00

I invested in November and waited patiently until May of this year when I finally decided to request a refund. All I've gotten from them are excuses. I've read the reviews of LCP from on another site and every single one is negative. It looks like most of the reviewers have been scammed out of their money too. I wonder if this could lead to a class action lawsuit?
