Purchased Medical Alert bracelet because of the one shown online. The engraving cannot be seen on my bracelet- since it's medical alert that is very important- Their response was i had more characters than shown on their advertised bracelet- it was 1 more character than their example - they REFUSE to make it right.
DON"T buy from them. I agree with others... very overpriced, low quality and horrible customer service!

To return items (which, mind you, are being returned because they are not as pictured), they require you to pay for return shipping, then you receive a gift card, which you use towards an "exchange" aka new purchase. Since the gift card goes towards the new purchase, the system thinks your purchase is too low to qualify for the free shipping even though the monetary value is of more than the amount required. So I'm paying shipping twice.

I purchased a wrap bracelet a year ago. Don't wear it a lot maybe, once a month. Don't sleep with it on and never wash hands, etc while wearing it. The silver plating wore off quickly and the other day I went to put it on and it fell apart. I contacted them and they have a 6 month guarantee. Buyer beware - extremely overpriced low quality jewelry with no guarantee.

I ordered an anklet that is 1/2 inch smaller than what I asked for. Now I will have to go buy an extension kit to make it a half inch bigger. I ordered a necklace that is really cheaply made, the silver charm is smaller than pictured on the website, and it's badly tarnished so I will need to clean the black off it before wearing. Neither item is worth the price I paid. I'd return both items but I'm not confident that they will do anything other than give store credit as this seems to be what they've done with the other reviewers here. I will not order anything from them again.

Bought several of these bracelets. One of them the rope came apart... it was a gift so not sure what happened. This time I ordered 2 and was told after I ordered that because of Covid it my take up to 15 work days (monday-Friday work week) then I think it said 3-5 travel days. Unfortunately this has turned into a very long wait. I ordered 15 days ago and they are not shipped yet. A label has been printed but it is not picked up. I have had that same thing happen before (not with LJ) and it sometimes is just a way to appease the customer. So I guess I want to warn buyers. If you are in a time restraint, you may want to rethink your purchase with this company.

I have just read 11 negative reviews and have to say I am shocked.
Two of my bracelets have been purchased from retailers ( different states) the others I ordered from the website. I wear them often- store them in the bags they come in. These have all been purchased over several years. Still look as good as the day I got them. Maybe I have been lucky. Sure hope not since I referred friends to LJ.

Same as everyone else below, however I wish I saw these before i ordered. Web site seems legitimate and jewelry looks expensive and pretty, so you do believe someone is actually "making" your jewelry "just for you". I refused to pay almost 50$ for shipping after spending 115$ on a bracelet. It said 3-5 days to make, then 7-10 days for shipping. This items was for a special birthday gift, along with the above I had plenty of time. When I contacted customer service about the delivery, the response was immature and rude. Blamed me for not using there DHL EXPEDITED SERVICE. And offered that to me at this time, which means my jewelry was ready but being held by them until it reached the specific day to ship. I believe this is criminal business behavior. As of this letter I still haven't received my item. I didn't realize there are no returns just exchanges. Exchanges for what? More bad service? I bought my item from there website however I will report them to Amazon and any other
Companies I can that carry this brand of jewelry. I believe another reviewer that this company is a SCAM. When my item gets here I have a friend that's a jeweler and I will have it examined for quality. I'm so sorry I didn't see this site first.

I haven't even received my bracelet yet and I'm already aggravated! I tried to cancel my order, it hadn't shipped yet, after 11 days and they wouldn't cancel it! Next day I get an email that it is going to ship soon! Ugh! Should have read the reviews first!

Just got my first bracelet and 5 charms, very disappointed, cheap, tiny little charms. I could have gotten this at a discount store for $20.And it cost $200,,,, way too much!

Three months ago I ordered what I thought was a great buy on a handmade bracelet. I did everything their instructions said on the website. My wrist measured a petite size, that's what I ordered. The bracelet didn't fit. Going through the return process is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! The next 2 bracelets did not work. Today is March 10,2020 and I do not have a bracelet yet!
The company will not just refund my money. I really tried to beg them for a REFUND. At this point I'm REALLY TIRED.
NOW I have to try again to order a bracelet and PRAY IT FITS and or IS MADE CORRECTLY.

The hardware on the bracelets is too big for the size of the bracelet. Extremely cheap materials used in my opinion. To bad their workmanship and materials didn't match the quality of their photography they use to sell their products.

Received my medical alert bracelet I couldn't put it on because there's no clip to attach to the second side just the threads I contacted the company to return it they told me there was a $25 restocking fee I told him that's ridiculous because the item is not made for handicapped even though that's what they indicate

This jewelry feels like plastic, but priced like Brighton! So disappointed! Should have known when they said they make it to order and it can not be returned, only exchanged that the product was bad. Pictures on site are not the quality you will receive. Never received anything so cheap. Could not have gotten anything any cheaper looking!

Beautiful look as costume jewelry, but extremely cheap in person. Plastic and the rope color turned black on the light green color. Never again!

I purchased two bracelets that wrap around and one of the bars discolored badly. I contacted them and sent them a picture of it. I only wore it twice. The refused any resolution at all. I will never purchase anything from them when they won't stand by their product. Very disappointed.

Jewelry is over priced and does not holdup well. I purchases a bracelet and in 3 months it tarnished. Dontt buy!
