Smooth operation...as it should be. Would be better to see a "cart" or "checkout" icon on the page as was bit confusing when using conitnue shopping then going back to the cart.

It took a week and a half to receive my order (may have been a UPS issue) and the battery charger is still not charged after charging all night. I haven't called customer service yet, but will soon. Overall I'm happy that I bought what I bought and am anxious to start using it. Customer service, when purchasing, were very helpful and professional.

This is my second purchase. The first tracker was lost in a "dead Zone" which was not a problem with the system. Just rural Texas. Great Product

Website is a little cluttered and difficult to navigate, but the products are great and are reasonable priced.

I received the tracker, but it was late in the week so I have not charged the battery. I wanted to use the tracker inside the car, however, they gave me a box that attaches outside the vehicle. The tracker is expensive so I didn't want to take the chance of it falling off, or getting pulled off if the vehicle was serviced. Will have to look into whether or not there is another type of case.

So far everything has been good except for a few recent times when the system seems to freeze and I can't get updates on locations of the units.

The other is the delivery of my last order, I requested 2 day expedited and it too 7 days to arrive. Unacceptable!!!!

The website should provide a bit more technical detail if possible. But when I called, I spoke with someone professional who answered all my questions. We will try this out and I should be able to give you a better idea of if this works for us. Thanks!

The product is great. The website was just a little confusing about the compatibility of certain accessories, but I contacted customer service via e-mail and they responded promptly and answered me to my satisfaction. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will think of LiveViewGPS if I ever need another similar product.

I purchased the EZ Live Track and have experienced it not working. I contacted support and was told the device has to be unplugged and plugged back in as it will lose it's connection. I am purchasing the GPS5 Pro now as I was told loss of connection would not be an issue as it is hardwired to the car.

Fairly easy process, product had to be plugged in to vehicle and charged, once it charged for several minutes started working. Pretty easy, I glanced over the instructions with no real detail and had no problems figuring it out. RCH

This is my second GPS tracker. I was an early adopter seven years ago when I purchased my **** F350. There were a few problems.

Your system is much more sophisticated. I have a new **** F350 and have high expectations.

Update: I installed the G5 GPS tracker in about an hour. Because it needs to see the sky, I installed it atop one of the rear seats in my truck. It is concealed by a seat cover and a head rest. I am getting 9-10 satellites. It is tracking perfectly, something my last unit did not do consistently.

First purchase, so lets see how it works out. your service does appear to provide significantly more data than your competitors.

everything has been easy thus far and as long as the units work as advertised i will be purchasing more as needed in the near future

So far, so good I need to be sure about no blatant "Live view GPS" return address and/or listing on my credit card statement to call attention to what I want to maintain as covert tracking...

I HAD THIS TRACKER BEFORE AND IT WORKED PERFECT, NOW WITH A IPHONE APP, I CANT WAIT, THANKS GUYS.HANDS DOWN , this is the best bang for your buck. Never had a issue with it. It is used every day, in the Midwest and climate is a issue with electronics, but this one holds its own .

Ease of purchase was excellent. Information about the product comprised of what I needed to know before my purchase. It was thorough and left me with no questions!

I recived the package very quicly , now I´m going to try and I'll see how is its functionality.
