Great customers service, i love the morpheme brushes had a dislike with the one brow brush was too stiff and hard but they did reply to my response in a timely manner and allowed me to pick another brush

Super awesome customer service! They emailed me and let me know they added points to my dashboard just because I didn't like the style of one of the brushes I received and had mentioned that in a survey I took on their website ! I wasn't even complaining and they reached out to apologize for the inconvenience! I loves them!!!
