Usually reply really quick within a couple of hours unless it's late at night & their department is closed. Give exact answers & don't go around ur question like most emailing sites

I love this subscription its a great affordable way to build your brush collection. Who doesnt love getting a wee treat each month. International shipping is not to bad doesnt take as long as other things have. All in all a great service
I LOVE THE BRUSHES, THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD. ONLY THAT THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS VERY LATE, AND THEREFORE I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THAT I LIKE SO MUCH. :(
