First experience was excellent. We are first-time customers and bought 2 halfway line tickets to the Champions League Final on June 3rd. We traveled all the way from Canada and dealt with a sales rep, Ben. He was brilliant. I was nervous about buying from a ticket broker on another continent, especially considering the very high price I paid. However, every single e-mail or phone call was returned in a very prompt & courteous manner. They clearly understood my concerns and kept me updated on the status of our tickets and exactly how & when they would be delivered. Without exception, every single reply and update was exactly as he said it would be. We had the tickets delivered to our hotel in Cardiff and there was a slight change in the delivery date due to a delay in Real Madrid releasing their tickets; however, they arrived exactly when he confirmed they would arrive. We received them the morning of the game and had plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere around the stadium before entering. Security was very high but we sailed through without incident. My understanding is that 300 million people watched this game around the world and to be able to get 2 tickets (together) on the halfway line gave my son & I the experience of a lifetime. So yes, they are ticket brokers and yes, the tickets were terribly expensive but without a doubt, worth every penny! Ben at livefootballtickets is the real deal and helped make our dream come true. For us, these guys are great and I would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.

Compre entradas para Manchester City vs Real Madrid. Todo fue muy bien. Me llegaron 2/3 dias antes del partido al movil. Las entradas funcionaron muy bien. La ubicacion muy buena y 2 asientos juntos.

I bought tickets for MCFC vs Madrid in the CL semi-final. Tickets arrived 2 days before the game on my phone. Everything worked perfectly. I had 2 seats together and the view was good.

I bought a tickets at 175 pounds and the send me another place the worst seat in the stadium lasr row in the angle.
They have bought good advises to put them in trustpilot.
Don't buy anathing to them.

Paid them tickets for a UCL in Amfield. The day before the match they said they needed photo ID and photo of credit card something very unlikely. No phone or no one to talk to only mails, I cancelled and struggling to get money back, avoid this place!

Bought 2 tickets for City - Arsenal (26th april)
Flew from Toulouse (France) to Manchester.
The tickets were already used when the stewards scanned it. They told me it was fake tickets.
We organized this trip for months. This is shameful.

Bought two tickets for Liverpool vs Leeds. Traveled all the way from Norway and was very excited for this game. When we arrived at the stadium, the tickets was alredy been used. We tried to call them many times but they didn't return any of the calls. We didnt get in with those tickets

It is a fraud, the tickets are real but they sold several times, if you go to the stadium first maybe you come in, a lot of fans was in the same condicion.

The tickets were not delivered and the company refused to refund. We have written numerous emails to them to advise no tickets have delivered. On the day of the match at 3pm we were told to wait until 5pm for the tickets to be delivered. We live 5 hours away from the venue. Terrible service and they should be reported for what they do.

I would not use this service again.
We flew to London as a Christmas present for our daughter to see Manchester City play Brentford.
The game on the 29th was to start at 8:15pm.
After supplying hotel and arrival details to the Customer Service team, we did not hear back from a live person until a few hours before kickoff.
At 5:30pm we were informed someone would be meet us at 7pm near the Bee's Stadium Store.
The store is on the west side of the stadium far from the visitors entrance located in the northeast corner.
We reached out to the messenger numerous times without hearing back and informed him to meet us near the visitors entrance.
He arrived 15 minutes before kickoff.
He claimed he had taken the tube from central London and that his train been delayed.
We missed all the pre-game activity and the chance to see both teams warm up.
Lastly - spent $$$ for seats in the last row in back corner.

Do not use this website under any circumstances. So, We got the tickets ok for the Spurs v Man Utd game, but how much mark up can you morally put on a ticket! When you are buying tickets on this website, you have no idea of the original face value which is unacceptable. So, £125 each for tickets with a £35 after face value! This is just extortion. What a bloody con. I would never had paid that price had I know. I was expecting the £75 face value tickets which is still a healthy margin for them. And then there is the service charge... Naively, I assumed it was per order, but no, when i checked my credit card bill, it was £20 plus EACH. Yes, I know I should have noticed this at the checkout, but I do not remember it being clear at all. Customer service is rubbish also. They sent through two additional ticket by mistake and were very quick to contact me and to Communicate with me to collect these extra ticket, but when I raised my complaints about my tickets with them they just ignored me, I would never use again even if hell froze over.

This website is a scam in disguise. Forget the crap service, pre-historic phone line service, rude personnel and over-inflated prices. Forget all that. The reason why everyone should avoid this website is because they don't do what it says on the cover. They will take your money and you won't see your football ticket.

I was bought a VIP ticket from this website as a birthday present from my family to watch a massive, once-in-a-lifetime champions league game. First they emailed me saying my ticket will be delivered to my home address. The day before the match when the ticket did not arrive and after I rang them, they asked me to collect the ticket from their 'rep'. On the day of the game, that 'rep' guy kept asking me to meet him at different locations and shortly before the game, surprise surprise, he closed his cellphone.

It was the worst night of my life. I spent what was supposed to be a night to remember locked outside the stadium listening to the atmosphere I was robbed by those thieves.

Take my advice, stay away.

Website close to being a scammer. Didn't provide correct information on tickets application number for the World Cup game we purchased. Didn't disclose any information on the Hayya card needed to have with the ticket, we bought the ticket 1 day before the game so it was impossible to get the Hayya card by that point. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY REFUSED A REFUND DESPITE THE INADEQUATE SERVICE. Customer service is also super disrespectful and lacks any apologetic sympathy for the troubles we went through

Booked to watch Liverpool v sparta Prague on the 13 th of march 2024 ready for the game on the 14 th on getting to the game which took me 7 hours (normally 4)only had my tickets sent to me that afternoon whilst driving so couldn't look at them,on arriving at the stadium tried to download the tickets which I had on a previous game with little trouble so didn't think to much of it,once I realised I couldn't get them I phoned the number provided 40 mins before kickoff as that was pretty much the time I got there but no answer so I was told by a friend to go to the ticket office and that's when I found out these tickets were a scam as the ticket office gave me a sheet of paper telling me so and that I shouldn't buy from this company (to late)me and my ten year old son then walked back to the car a km away and to then have this ticket tout to call me and say to come back at this point it was 10 past 8 so even if I did go back it would of been half time by the time we got there.
Really annoyed at the service can't believe these people get away with it no chance of a refund as I haven't had a reply from the company £202 -(£30 car park which is a rip off nothing to do with this company)and trying to console a ten year old boy who was mad about Liverpool is heartbreaking to say the least.
So stay clear of this scammer and there's a lot more out there,just look on the Liverpool/premiership websites and they will let you know (a little to late for me)
