I had an absolutely awful experience with Live Football Ticket, and I would advise everyone to stay away from this website. The service was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite paying a premium for tickets, we were met with complete disorganization and unprofessionalism.

The agent assigned to us, Alex, gave us a hard time and didn't respond until the last minute, causing unnecessary stress. It felt like he was taking personal revenge because we initially thought he was a scam – something completely justified given the lack of communication from the company. Not once did the website inform us in advance that an agent would be contacting us through WhatsApp, leading to confusion and frustration.

The customer service is appalling – every time we reached out, we spoke to a different person, and no one seemed to know what was going on. This disorganization nearly ruined our trip and could have made us miss the game. They clearly have no idea how to handle their business or care about their customers.

I highly recommend avoiding this website. You are better off going through official channels or another more reliable service.

Best Premiership game experience ever! We received great seats on lower tier (better than first hoped for) close to the pitch, evening game, packed house, the whole package. Not the cheapest price, but we certainly got a lifelong memory. Had to have luck of course: Chelsea vs. MU at Stamford Bridge 2024.04.044-3:)

We attended the Chelsea match on March 27 after flying over from NYC. Tickets arrived as promised, directions were clear and easy which made for a great time - even with the draw. We'd use this site again - thanks!

I'd never used this website before and was a little nervous about it despite checking reviews. I had absolutely no need to be nervous, I had regular emails from customer service support and my tickets arrived before promised. Seats were fantastic and we had a great game. Thank you

Organised a trip to madrid after a family bereavement & with my son suffering mentally he was so loioking forward to attending Real v Seville at the Bernabeu. £312 spent on 2 tickets, email received midweek to say change of seating (not together) but on trying to access we were denied entry due to seats already having been filled, horrible behaviour but i am in madrid so with their office here, they will be getting a visit tomorrow am

Be really careful purchasing from, Three tickets I paid £366 for wete all blocked by the club. If you do buy make sure you use a credit card. I did get my money back once I had threatened to go to my card company to report it as fraudulent, they responded by saying that they would refund as a good will gesture? I had two boys with me and to see them turned away outside the gates of the game was hard-core

Bought tickets for Chelsea Newcastle. Can't complain. Top service! I received the tickets 2 days before the match and had no issues to access the stadium. The view from our seats were great and Chelsea won!

We paid 3x more than regular price plus £200 service fee. The match was moved from saturday to sunday, but on sunday we can't make it as we already fly back to switzerland. Livefootball gave ZERO! Refund, even though we explained the situation. That's really bad customer service for that much we had to pay, we'd have expected a just little bit cooperation

I was a bit paranoid about purchasing the tickets but they provided good service and the tickets were sent a day prior to the matchday. Thanks to the team once again and will recommend it to anyone trying to get match tickets for any game!

It was super easy to work with this site. Tickets were delivered in plenty of time, and we got to our seats ahead of the game based on their recommendations.

Works for some, but a nightmare for others. Tickets in cheaper sections than promised. Tickets that have undeclared restrictions. Customer service could not care less once they have your money.

I bought tickets to Chelsea Vs Everton last night at Stamford Bridge using the before selection: Behind Goal seats together; Row: Impaired row

Now I was under the impression that we should be seated behind the goal... But apparently not! We were seated in the last row on the furthest point away from a corner flag, with visibility of 50% of the pitch. We would not have purchased these tickets if that was the case because we would have actually liked to see the game. We were given the worst seats possible and absolutely no correspondence or inclination that those were the seats we were purchasing.

Adding to this, prior to sale the communication was great and very helpful, post sale I did not hear anything for several hours even with 4 follow up emails, then had to make several calls to try and organise ticket collection. But considering you are charging £60 for processing/delivery I would expect a much smoother and informed process.

Everything went good and smooth - from the payment over the information per email until the delivery of the tickets - and by the way the money was worth for this great game and atmosphere. Thank you

Purchased 2 tickets last October for the Scotland/England game June 2021.
Recieved an email from a guy called Ryan a month ago, requesting passport I. D, which I forwarded, followed by a generic email stating we would have to do a lateral flow test before the match.
The match is in 3 days and still no tickets/refund.
Unable to speak on the phone, no emails are returned and live chat is offline.
Just thankful we have been able to cancel hotels and not booked train tickets from Wales/Scotland

I was a bit suspicious about this website, but tickets were genuine and we enjoyed the match!
Received my tickets 2 days before the match, seats were good, as described, 2 seats together.

As shown in the picture. I turned up with my son and 2 tickets and told those tickets were a fraud and refused entry.

Bought tickets for a football match and it was rescheduled. Tickets are only refundable if match is cancelled. I found this disgusting as we aren't in the wrong as well as accountable for this change. Please do read this review before buying tickets.

I received the tickets in time and had a great experience in the stadium. Also the customer support was great and fast. Would recommend! Went to Liverpool!

I was very disappointed in the service provided. The tickets (3 to Man U v Burnley) were not delivered to the hotel as promised, and which I paid for. I ended having to track down an "associate" of someone who I had spoken to outside the stadium just before the game to get the tickets. This individual was not associated with Livefootbaltickets.com and was merely another fan taking his child to the game. I took a chance taking the train to the game and it worked out, which is the only reason this is not a one star review. Quite unprofessional and quite disappointing. Will not likely use this organization again.
